✵ Half-Blood high

Chapter 8

Piper's POV

"Have you heard?" Annabeth asked, on the way to school.

" Heard about what?" I asked.

" About Jupiter Academy". She said exasperated.

" No, what do you mean?"

" Apparently, Jupiter Academy burned down and now they're going to be attending our school until theirs is rebuilt." She stated quite annoyed.

Jupiter Academy and Half-Blood High had been rival school for a very long time. They were always so competitive against each other never quitting until one of them won.

I immediately knew this was going to be a huge disaster. Percy had to go there once due to getting expelled from Half-Blood High for quite a few incidents, which I will not explain. But they eventually let him back here because he was having so much more trouble at that boarding school. And that mommy's boy really missed home.

Jason used to go there before he came to Half-Blood High. he said he didn't really like it much there and they were really strict, so once he got here he wasn't really used to the idea of having so much freedom.

" Are you serious?" I asked still feeling hopeful enough that it was just some silly rumor some had started.

"Very, very serious. I'm not to pleased about it either, but it is what it is.

"Will they be here before the dance?" I prodded on holding on to the tiny bit of hope I had left that they wouldn't be here then.

"Yeah" Annabeth broke the news "they'll be here in about a week".

Great! that's just great. I thought sarcastically.

"Wait, how did you know about all of this anyway?"

"I heard Mr. D talking about it to Chiron."

"This is going to turn out just lovely isn't it"? I asked quite sarcastically.

Hey people's I have fixed my chapters. S you know from my last A/N I had a bit of a problem. Now it's fixed, all I had to do was use the good old copy and paste buttons. Anyway this chapter was written a few months ago and I still haven't bother to look at it. Oh well. 😜

I also realized how many A/N's I have written and I honestly don't know what was wrong with me back then. But that's all gonna change now and I'm gonna start to pick up the slack with this book. I've realized how little effort I put into this book but I'm going to fix the now.

I realized it was because I didn't really feel passionate about this book like I do with others.
I hope you forgive my old self because the new one is here to stay.

I also just realized how cheery I sound and I'm just not that kind of person.
