Hayat's pov:
Mahnoor left.
The weather today is good.
Clear clouds with nice fresh air.
I love summer.
Who doesn't though??
I watch as the birds fly
The trees with green leaves
The greenery really makes you feel so happy.
I was happy.
Really happy for Noor.
I hope everything goes well.
I hear my phone vibration
It's a call from my mom.
"Assalamualaikum mama" I say
"Walaikum assalam . Are you still at mahnoor's ??? "My mom asks me
"Yes I am
I'm done with her makeup and I'll be back soon "I tell her
"Okay... I called to checkup on you, also don't forget to get some cocoa powder on your way back home allah hafiz"
"Yeah I'll get that
allah Hafiz mama" I say and the call ends.
I feel thirsty and so I look for something to drink only to find the water jug empty.
I'll have to wait I guess
I open Wattpad and continue reading the story that I was reading earlier
Time passes by and I am in my own world of imagination
The plot of the story is soooooo interesting
I become anxious at the thought of the male lead dying and that's when I hear a screech
Door screeching
Slowly
.
.
.
. That's when I see a silhouette of a person
It's Noor
Hehe
With snacks .
"Sooooo "i ask
"Sooooooooo "says Noor
"Spill it out already." I say
We start munching on snacks and Noor starts saying everything
She talks about how she got ignored and how beautiful the aunt was
I tell her that she needs to pray istikhara ( a type of prayer ) and beleive in the Allah's plan.
It was time to leave
I pack my stuff and get ready to go since my house is only 3 blocks away from Noor's.
I say bye and go to the nearest convenience store to get my cocoa powder
Browniesssss
Yummmm
I reach home ,freshen up ,change my clothes and land on my bed with a thud .
Ut's 3 in the afternoon.
I decide to rest a little so I close my eyes and lie down calmly.
"Hayaaaattt
Wake up !!It's time for asr prayer" my mum calls me.
I wakeup check the time
It's 5 in the afternoon, I make my wudhu and pray salah.
Once I am done with my azkaar I fold the prayer mat and enter the kitchen.
It's finally time to make brownies
Okayyy
Oven -Preheat
Mix the wet ingredients first followed by dry ingredients
Mix them well and transfer them into the tray.
Bake at 180°C for 20-30 mins and dig in!!
The brownies are done and I enjoy some of them and pack the rest to share it with my friends tomorrow.
I come back into my room and start revising some notes for my exam tomorrow.
It's 11 pm.
I am done revising.
I change into my night dress and lie on my bed.
Tomorrow is the last exam and last day of University.
I wonder what everyone has planned to do next.
With those random thoughts in my mind,
I fall asleep.
