I was on my date with a girl I have been talking to for the past four days but it doesn't feel right to be here with her, it feels like I should be here with someone else right now, but she hates me and to be honest l hate myself for what I did, while thinking this I space off until I feel my phone vibrating in my pocket so I take it out and see Maddie's calling me.
"Hey I need to take this I'll be right back." I say to my date.
"Okay." She says back smiling.
"Hello." I say to Maddie as I answer the phone.
"Hey Mason have you seen or spoke to Y/n?." She asked sounding worried.
"Yeah I did, I talked to her before I went on my date but we didn't talk long." I say calmly.
"Well have you heard from her since then? And what did she say to you? And was she okay?" Maddie starts asking me a bunch of questions.
"Well I spoke to her about... 4 hours ago, and she got really angry at me while we were talking, and she seemed upset about something but I didn't ask because I had already pissed her off enough but I did ask her how she has been and she said she was fine but she did not sound fine." I say remember what I could.
"Ohh my god... I'm starting to freak out." Maddie says starting to sound really really worried.
"Why?" I ask getting worried too.
"Y/n usually phones me about this time every night and she has never not done it so I'm starting to worry and yes she was upset about something earlier because she left my trailer looking upset put she said she was going home to rest which usually mean she's going to watch a movie but I haven't heard anything from her in the past 4 hours so I'm starting to panic." Maddie says out of breath.
"Okay Maddie have you checked her trailer?" I ask.
"That's where I'm about to check so I call you back." She says as I hear her trailer door close.
"Okay." I say in a worried tone, I hang up the phone and start to head back to my table where my date was.
"Is everything okay?" She asks.
"Ehh not really one of my best friends ( Y/n) has basically went missing." I say sadly.
"Well that's just sad." She says in the most fake way possible, I just ignore her, after 10 minutes my phone starts buzzing again.
"OMG Who Is That Now?" My date asks angrily.
"It's my best friend Maddie, She's calling me on an update on if she found Y/n." I say in annoyed tone.
"Well pick me or Y/n, who is more important?"She says.
"Y/n."I say walking away and out the restaurant.
"Hey Maddie is she there?" I asked starting to get worried.
"N...No she's not here." Maddie's voice starts to brake.
"Maddie do you know where she could be?" I asks calmly.
"No.. i don't, Mason I'm really scared." She says almost crying.
"Okay Maddie listen I'll go and find her you stay in her trailer just in case she shows up." I say as my heart starts to ache.
"Mason are you sure she will talk to you? I mean like she's really mad at you." Maddie says.
"I know but I have to find her, I would never forgive myself if she went missing." I say as my eyes start to water.
"Mason you miss her don't you?!" Maddie asks even know she knows my answer.
"Yes I miss her, I miss her so much that it hurt Maddie like it really hurts." I say as tears leave my eyes.
"I know okay, if I'm being honest I think she misses you to Mason, so go and find her then tell her." Maddie says sniffing through the phone.
"I will." I say hanging up my phone and start to walk to place I think Y/n might be.

I've searched almost everywhere for her but I still have one more place to check, it was the place me and Y/n would always go together no matter what.
As I arrived at the beach I see someone sitting on the sand and just watching the sunset I recognised a figure, and I start to hope that it's Y/n.
