Day By Day

No Mercy released a new song Day By Day in 2007. After Marty went to Australia to promote the album, the Hernandez couples decided to take a vacation to Australia too.

Ariel and Cassandra stayed in the Novotel Brighton Beach in Sydney's south with their daughters while Gabriel and Danielle stayed at The Star Hotel in Darling Harbour.

Brighton Beach reminded Ariel and Cassandra a bit of Little Havana with the beach and strip of shops and restaurants. They explored the CBD but they fell in love with Sydney's southern suburbs.

One day, they went to the Westfield in the suburb of Miranda with their girls (aged 8 & 6). They went into the Franklins supermarket for some snacks, and enjoyed seeing all the Australian products they hadn't seen before. They bought a chocolate for each of the girls, with the condition they wait until after dinner to eat them.

Meanwhile, Danielle and Orquidea (now 6) visited the Royal Botanical Gardens and the Gallery of NSW while Gabriel took Valentino (now aged 8) to the famous Bondi Beach to kick ball for a while.

"Great game!" Said Gabriel.

"It was fun!" Said Valentino.

"Do you like it better here or Florida?" Gabriel asked his son.

"I like playing at home better." Said Valentino. "It's more people playing."

They regrouped with Danielle and Orquidea, and they walked around Darling Harbour before heading to a restaurant for dinner.

Later, while Ariel and Cassandra were getting ready for bed, Olivia and Felicidad thought it was a good idea to sneak out of their suite while their parents weren't looking. But they were caught early on.

"Olivia and Felicidad!" Bellowed Ariel while he and his wife went after their daughters.

"¡Vuelve aquí!" Snapped Cassandra. The girls obediently came back.

"What were you thinking?!" Said Ariel. "We're not in Miami! We're far from home, in a country we don't know anybody, it's dangerous to lose yourselves in a situation like this!"

"You're young girls, you're not old enough to be going around by yourselves!" Said Cassandra. "Now tomorrow we'll be with Uncle Gabriel and Aunt Danielle, and papi and I want you on your best behavior!"

The girls went to bed and the couple went into their own bedroom. Cassandra lay seductively on the bed in her camislip.

"Oh Cassandra." Said Ariel. "You're still as sexy as ever."

He didn't hesitate to jump her, and take her into his arms and ravish his beautiful wife.

"Take me!" She barely managed to say.

"With pleasure!" He said, before sucking her breasts and thrusting into her, bringing her to orgasm so quickly, she had two that night before Ariel himself orgasmed, his strong arms remaining around his wife's beautiful body as they fell asleep.

The next day the Hernandez families spend the day at the Sydney Aquarium. They started by having a photo taken of all 8 of them with a green screen, which would be a fish tank in the photo. Olivia and Orquidea were fascinated watching the fish swim. It brought back memories of when Cassandra and Danielle used to watch the fish in the aquarium. It was always a calming and soothing experience for them.

"They no doubt got that from us." Said Danielle.

Young Valentino was super excited at seeing the sharks.

"Wow, look how scary that one is!" He'd keep saying.

The families went to Darling Harbour for dinner. The kids received coloring books to keep them occupied while waiting for their food. But Valentino found some unsavoury ways to keep himself occupied. Or so he thought. Gabriel caught his son trying to put ice down his sister's dress.

"Valentino!" He bellowed. "¡Siéntate!"

Valentino did as he was told. The Hernandez parents were loving with their children, but also strict when they had to be, so even if their children tried to be naughty, they'd always revert to obedience when they were caught or scolded.

The dinner went without a hitch, after which ice cream for dessert followed.

"Mmm!" Said Orquidea. "You wanna try mine?" She asked her cousin Felicidad.

"Si!" Said Felicidad and tried some of Orquidea's ice cream before offering some of her own in return.

"Wow, muy buen!" Said Orquidea.

"Aww, this is what we love to see!" Said Danielle. "Our beautiful children sharing and being nice to each other."

This was their final night in Australia, as the next morning they flew back to Florida.

"Mami, can we look around in the shops?" Asked Olivia, while they were in the airport.

"So long as you stay where we can see you." Said Cassandra.

So the girls, including Orquidea looked at all the toys and girl stuff at the duty free while Valentino was content to look at the photo taken with him and his dad when they did the bridge climb on the Sydney Harbour Bridge. A very proud moment, as he'd never been that high off ground level before.

"Home sweet home." Said Ariel when they finally landed in Miami. It was good timing as it was bedtime, so everyone could go to bed immediately and hopefully not be too affected by jet-lag.

Everyone enjoyed the rest of the Summer in Little Havana before the new school year started.
