Sun POV
-
-I came into control as soon as Moon flipped the lights on. I yawned and stretched out my arms, smiling a little. Monty stared at me. I looked at him, my smile fading. "Why did you want to see me?" I asked. Monty shrugged. "I don't know. Am I not allowed to see my friends?" He asked, almost sounding sarcastically. I narrowed my eyes. "Who said we were friends?" I asked. He stared at me. "I did." I sighed.
Monty turned to his side and laid across the couch, not leaving any room for me to sit. I huffed, crossing my arms. "Rude." I mumbled. He smirked. "What's the magic words~?" He asked. I rolled my eyes. "I'd rather sit on the floor." I said, sitting down on the floor. He stared at me, concerned. I stared at him as well, right into his ruby red eyes. I felt a thin layer of heat on my face as I did so.
Oh wow. How strange. We're heating up again. Moon. Quit with your sarcasm. We ARE heating up though. I can very much tell...
I shook my head, snapping out of it and looking away from, Monty. He looked up at the ceiling, seeming completely unfazed by the eye contact. Was it just me? Why did my face heat up when I stared into his eyes...?
Moony? Yes Sun? Why do we keep heating up like this...? Uhm- I don't know- are you sure you don't know? Or do you just not wanna tell me? I Uhm- I actually don't know...
I sighed, laying down on the floor. Monty sat up, looking down at me. "So...I have a question." Monty said. I raised a brow, looking up at him. "What is it?" I asked. "Well...why did you have to get the rest of the day off and come here? Chica said you two were having a mental breakdown. What was the reason for it?" He asked. I sighed. "Well...basically Moon has a major fear of dolls...and this one little girl who we didn't recognize, she had a doll. We didn't know this, so at nap time when at the other kids were asleep, instead of sleeping, she roamed the daycare. And she thought it'd be funny to place the dolls hand on Moon's shoulder and they basically freaked out and scratched her. Then proceeded to lock themself in a staff only room and have a mental breakdown." I explained. Monty looked a bit shocked. "He...attacked a child...?" He asked. "It wasn't intentional. But yes..." I said. He sighed. "Damn...that must suck...of course it doesn't really affect me much, so I don't really care." He said. I heard Moon growl. I sighed and sat back up. "Are you hungry?" I asked. Monty shrugged. "I don't know...I guess a little bit...why? Are you going to attempt to cook?" He asked, snickering. I stood up, staring at him. "Surprisingly enough, I actually do know how to cook a little." I said. Monty raised a brow. "Oh? Alright, bet. Make me impressed!" He said. I nodded. "Sure. That'll be easy."
I walked over to the kitchen and thought on what to cook.
Cook your "famous" Mac-n-cheese. I swear that's your best recipe. Oh, but that's embarrassing! You wanted to impress, Monty. That'll do it. You sure? Mhm! 99.9% and where's the other 1%? UHHHH you can never be too positive?
I sighed.
Y'know what? Fine. I will. Yay. Just...don't distract me. Alright.
I begun to cook the Mac-n-Cheese, my way of course. 1 hour later, I was finished. I plated the food and brought it out to the dining table, setting it down. "Here. Enjoy." I said. Monty raised a brow, looking at me. "How long does it take for you to cook one thing?" He asked. "This recipe is hard-" I mumbled. Monty got up off of the couch and walked over to the dining table. "It's Mac-n-Cheese...how hard can it be?" He asked sitting down. "Oh please! Like you could do better." I said. Monty smirked. "I bet I could."
"Just take a bite!" I said, irritated. Monty rolled his eyes, doing as told. I watched his face very closely as he took a bite. By his face reaction at first, he seemed impressed, but he quickly put on a straight face. "Mid." He said. I narrowed my eyes. "Mid?! How is that mid?!"
"I mean what I say. Mid." Monty said again, obviously just saying it to get a reaction out of me. "Tell me the truth." I said. He stared at me. "That is the truth-"
"I can read right through your lies." I said. Monty rolled his eyes. "Fine, fine. I gotta say...I was actually impressed..." He mumbled. I was a bit shocked to hear him actually admit it. "Really?" I asked. He shrugged. "I guess. It's better than Chica's and that says something." He said. "Chica is really good at cooking, eh?" Monty nodded. "Yeah...she has her hobbies." He said, taking another bite. I smiled, once again feeling my face getting heated. Monty chuckled a little. "You know...you should have Chica try this sometime. I would love to see her face to this." He said. I was still shocked at him being this nice about it. I smiled and nodded. "I will definitely have to do that." I said. He smiled.
Sunny... yes, Moony? I think I know why we are feeling heated up... why? Uhm...well...I hate to say this honestly- but...I think you have feelings for him- NU-UH! Don't say me as if you don't too! You were the first one to get heated up! NO! YES! You just admitted to it by the way. I- I hate you...I love you too~ shut up. You like him too. So what if I do? I thought you hated him... I do...did...I feel as if he's been getting softer towards us lately...ever since he found out about our self harm. Right...that would actually explain it though. Probably...We should keep this a secret. Yeah...
