San Andreas, a city plagued by corruption and crime, may not be worth saving. The elite have tainted the political and financial landscape, while the criminal element lurks in every corner.

As Arthur Constantine returns home, he removes his cowl, revealing a young adult fueled by a deep hatred for the wealthy who abandoned him as an orphan. His butler, Richard, greets him, but Arthur brushes him off, consumed by his anger.

"Arthur, just talk to me," Richard pleads.

"I don't want to talk, leave me alone!" Arthur cries out.

"I'm truly sorry for everything you've had to endure, believe me," Richard says sincerely.

"Sorry won't bring my parents back, will it?" Arthur retorts bitterly.

"I'm not saying their deaths weren't a tragedy," Richard replies, trying to console him.

"Get out! I'd rather die than see your face again!" Arthur roars, his anger reaching its peak.

Richard exits the room, leaving the young adult to explode with rage. He smashes his glass of wine, causing blood to run from his palm. Vengeance becomes his shield against pain and suffering.

Arthur retreats to his secret hideaway and turns on his computer. He notices an email from an unknown sender, with a video attached. Curiosity gets the better of him, and he decides to open it. What he sees scars him deeply.

"San Andreas, Nightshade is speaking. Our city is drowning in corruption and crime. My campaign of terror and bloodshed will finally put an end to our suffering. Arthur Constantine, I hope you're listening. Your family is involved in my war against the city. You are a part of this too," declares the chilling voice of a murderous psychopath.

"What the hell?" Arthur exclaims, his mind reeling.

"This campaign of mine is far from over. My acts of terror and carnage will forcefully change this city. If my actions cannot bring about change, then nothing will!" Nightshade cries out, his voice filled with a twisted determination.

Arthur realizes that the serial killer is targeting major locations in the city, including the Hellfire Lounge.
