Arthur goes to see his cousin and the newspaper seems to be reporting on this mysterious terrorist mastermind. Edward Constantine is confused to see his cousin at the news outlet and they begin to mend their messy family relationship. Edward states that he gets all his information from the police and does his own research. Arthur sees that his cousin is acting strange and seems more hostile compared to when they were younger. Arthur asks him about the mystery extremist and cannot get any answers out of him. Edward keeps dodging his questions and this makes his cousin very suspicious.
One of Nightshade's followers continues his deadly scheme by place another of these strange vans next to a seawall located close to the news outlet.
