Attack at the Hellfire Lounge

Nightshade plans his next attack and it involves gunning down another corrupt member of the city. He sends a message to his followers and tells them to meet him at their next location. Nightshadedecides to kill this corrupt mob boss. He travels to the Hellfire Lounge andsneaks in through the window. His followers make their way in through the open skylight and load their guns. Francis Knightley has no idea that he is about to die. He goes into his office and pours another drink. Nightshade prepares himself and aims his assault rifle from the other side of the building. When the corrupt mob boss is in place, Nightshade takes the shot and is able to take him out. Club members scream in terror and Nightshade fires into the crowd. Multiple people fall to the ground and the police rush to the scene. Nightshade is long gone by this point.

"Looks like another terrorist incident." Says Director Mulligan

"Francis Knightley is dead too. This attack was clearly planned from the start." Says Crimson Daredevil

"You saying that Knightley was involved in this?" asks Director Mulligan

"Someone has grudges against him, maybe a former security guard." Says Crimson Daredevil

The dead bodies are carried out on stretchers and covered. Police officers identify all of them and the brooding vigilante blames himself for not being quick to respond. Nightshade watches from atop the building.

Police officers arrive at the scene of this deadly attack. They check every camera and discover that the attack had been orchestrated by more than one person. Multiple gunmen are involved in this massive murder and all sport masks. Director Mulligan knows that they are dealing with a major terrorist incident. So many people lost their lives during the shooting and the police need to get to the bottom of this. Arthur sits alone in his secret underground hideout and is traumatized by what he has experienced. Nightshade clearly plans all of his attacks and enlists in the help of his followers.

During this period, another van in parked by another of the city breakwaters and this will all tie into Nightshade's real plan, but what is that real plan?
