“Asa ka pa.” pambabara ni kuya Stell.
Sinamaan ni kuya Pablo ng tingin si kuya Felip.
“Baka nakakalimutan mong nakita kita kanina sa library, Suson.”
“Bakit? Naghahanap lang ako ng bagong manga.” Pagdadahilan ni kuya Felip.
“Manga o babae?” seryoso at nakataas ang kilay na tanong ni kuya Pablo.
Namilog naman ang mga mata ko dahil don, my guess is right! I can sense the playboy aura around Kuya Felip, the smell is just too strong. Kaya pala may weird na babae na mukhang naghahanap sa kanya kanina.
Natahimik naman dahil don si kuya Felip. Aba tiklop.
The more I observed them, the more I see the authority kuya Pablo has in the group. He may be a little playful but he’s different when he’s with kuya Josh and the others. He’s more serious when he’s with them. I don’t get him, he’s nice with me.. but he can also be scary at the same time.
Maybe that’s why I conclude that he’s two faced. I don’t know why he’s doing that though. Or I’m only assuming things? Hindi ko pa naman sila ganon katagal nakakasama.
But then, I can see that they’re not just a group of friends. They have a bond stronger than that.
“Manga lang naman pala kasi hinahanap mo sa Library kapa naghanap, marami naman non’ sa palengke. Bilan pa kita isang kilo magsabi ka lang.”
Muntik akong matawa sa sinabi ni Kuya Stell, I don’t know if he’s being sarcastic or what.
“May library naman sa bahay, Serene.” Ani Kuya Josh.
I rolled my eyes.
“Yes. Thanks for the info, kuya. Now I know.” Now this is the real sarcasm.
Tinalikuran ko na sila don at nagsimulang pumasok.
“Lil sis!”
Annoying. There he is again.
Lumingon ako at nakita si kuya Pablo na nag hahand signal na tawagan ko sya.
Hindi ko na sya pinansin at pumasok na sa loob ng bahay.
Nang makapasok ako sa kwarto ko agad akong nahiga sa kama at tiningnan ang cellphone ko.
