Escape
Aumi was dumbfounded. She had no idea what was happening. She didn't know if she should wonder what that is or WHO that is. It or that boy looked half humane half ghostly. She felt extremely uncomfortable, the strings of her nerves are striking stronger and playing with her head. She felt so frizzy. How on earth could she identify what exactly that was, she was not prepared for that at all, not even something involving witchcraft. More shockingly, it was yelling at her.
OR, could it be that she just faced a vengeful, angry spirit. She heard about the similar stories before, but she'd never seen any spirit like that. Well, maybe she was still too young to know all that stuff. That would be easier to understand, she thought to herself. But wait, that still didn't make sense. She thought - if it was a spirit seeking revenge, most likely it would scream for help from a random stranger to find the one that destroyed it. Then, she suddenly remembered what it just said: Filthy human. Is it possible that that spirit had been treated horribly by humans or it had been tortured by anyone when it was alive, so now it hated humans in general? Aumi had multiple questions about this absurd phenomenon, but she was also anxious to know if it was okay for her to have a direct conversation with it."Filthy human? What are you talking about? Who are you?" Aumi's eyes crinkled in bafflement
"Oh stop acting innocent! I already know!"
"Know what?"
"What exactly you are here for, you humans are all the same. Enjoy making others suffer like you're in your own circus, isn't it a hobby you can't bear living without?"
"I'm sorry, but I don't know what you're saying. And who exactly are you?" Aumi said in a way she was trying not to fuel his anger, not knowing what he wanted to imply. A steel fell to her chest.
The ghostly boy smirked in a mocking manner that showed disgust
"I was the one to ask you that. If I'm not wrong, you must be one of those apprentices of the mercenaries that are hired to consume my magic huh? People like them make me sick, doing evil deeds for a damn living. But don't forget, my power is ahead of your efforts, so don't try so hard. I'll be here and wait for you all to fall in hell." The boy was still grunting his look towards her
"Oh, and you shouldn't ask who I am to begin with, you know what I am, now, just get out!"
"So you're not a spirit?" Aumi gasped then she talked in softer tone "Hey, I really don't know who you are but I would never hurt you, believe me, I don't want to harm anybody, I'm not a bad person. And I don't need to steal any magic, I have my own too; look, this is my potion, my mom taught me witchcraft since I was four."
"Hah, so you're gonna use it to put me in that damn potion didn't you, nice try! but I'm not the normal one."
"No! Why would I do that? I have the ability to do magic, why would I need to take any of yours. I don't even know what kind of magic you have, I've never get to learn about anyone like you. Please tell me who you are, I promise I won't hurt you, I just wanna get to know, maybe we can be friends if you like."
The boy grinned mockingly at her and raised his eyebrows: "Friends? Please, I already know what you want, do not pretend to be kind. You humans only want only thing, it is power. They are weaker than creatures like us, so they extract our power to be dominate the world."
