Alive: the 100 Madi Griffin

part 1: new beginning

It's been me and madi for a while now.
Since it all went to hell, we are the only ones left. Shadow Valley is gone. Everyone is dead. Me and madi only survived because of our blood. we were hiding from polis as I parents didn't want us to be the commander and I would never hurt madi she is my best friend and I would do anything for her.

I left madi to sleep in and went out to go catch fish the men teach us boys at a young age to fight and fend for our selves but since its just been me and madi I taught her a few things.

After iv caught a fish a hear madi come and join me.

"Good, you're up,"  i say.

"Thanks for letting me sleep and I'm glad your here cause I'm hungry" she says in a winny tone

I start the fire so I can start cooking the first fish for her. I always make sure she eats before I do

After the fire started I cook the fish and madi digs in but I guess the smoke atrackted attention as there was a woman with blond here and a mucky face Staring at us.

"Madi quick run" I yell

We take of running I hear the woman yell "stop wait"
But we keep running

We lead her past the bear tap as she is hot on our tail she doesn't see us jump over it and runs straight into it. Once she is  in it I grab my bat and hit her in the head she slowly fades into the darkness.

Clarke pov

I open my eyes and quickly remember the kids I was chasing with a pounding in my head I try to stand up when I am met with a shooting pain in my foot looking down I remember running into the bear trap and the young boy knocking me out.

With a loud grunt I managed to pull my foot out and slowly make my way back to the valley. As I get there I notice its not how I left it my stuff has been taken letting out a huff I grab a needle and start to stich my leg up.

As its getting dark I get ready for bed hoping in the morning I can find where those kids came from and why they where so scared.

I wake up just as the sun is shining threw the door and slowly hobble my way out. I grab a big stick and my drawing supply's and make my way down to the river. I spot the same kids from yesterday and make sure this time not to make myself known I am fascinated by how there still alive and there ability to catch food.

As I am drawing them I notice how the boy is very energetic and trying his best to catch the fish while the girl is just watching him. I wonder if there siblings and if there is anymore of them.

I finish my drawing of the two and rest it on a rock for them to see I slowly make my way a bit further back as I notice the girl get up and pick up the drawing she looks at it then looks around. Then the boy also makes his way over grabbing it out her hand and is then quick to look around.

I slowly step out not wanting to scare them and I say "hey its OK I'm not gonna hurt you reckon you can teach me how to catch those fish?"

Baileys pov

I step in front of madi in a defensive position and tilt my head not under standing what she is saying. I think she clicks on as she says "it's OK I'm not gonna hurt her or you"

I was gonna run until I saw her foot and she had black blood like us. I step a bit more towards her and said "your like us" I quickly grab a knife and cut the end of my finger to reveal the coulor of my blood.

She stands still for a second before inviting us with her I grab the fish and make sure madi is OK before we both follow her to our new life not knowing what will be getting our self's into.
