Hachiko shoves the bushes aside as he cautiously went over to examine the injuries that Ghost Flower had gotten. The Telchines face turned from a mostly neutral expression to one of great sadness. He turned to Hippolyte and Sylver.

"I'm afraid that there is a possibility that we might need to euthanize him. The injuries look awful, and I'm not sure if I can heal them." Hachiko somberly confided. Hippolyte's eyes began to tear up, as she rushed over to give Ghost a hug fully aware that this might be the last chance she has to say goodbye.

Ghost, despite not fully understanding what exactly was being said, could tell by Hippolyte's reaction that something was wrong and shed some tears in response. Hachiko then tapped Hippolyte's shoulder and urged her to wait while he and some of Dogeland's best marine veterinarians preformed intensive surgery on the injured plesiosaur. Silently, the ER took Ghost to a special marine life hospital.

Bursting through the doors, Hachiko had to cautiously dash pass any bystanders.

Hachiko sterilized the area, and Ghost was still feeling overwhelmed. Where were Sylver? Or Hippolyte? Or even Gage? Why was everybody freaking out? Just then, Hachiko ge gave the animal a stroke on the neck before a sudden prick of an IV briefly stunned the lake creature.

A minute and a half later, Ghost was starting to feel woozy after he breathed into a mask that had some weird chemicals that made him tired. Hachiko had just used anesthetics, and now him and the doctors needed to use all their focus if they want to keep America's Loch Ness Monster alive.

The Sato and his work colleagues had to work tirelessly for two full hours just to heal the skin and it's many gashes. Thankfully, none of them were infected, but the wounds were still grievous. Blood loss was a real concern, and the doctors did everything they could.

Eventually, Hippolyte's ears head the heart monitor stop. She didn't know if it was a flat-line or if Ghost had just been disconnected to recover from the surgery. The door creaked open, and one of the doctors came out with a happy expression.

"He's doing well, but will need to be cared for at home. Don't worry, we will help transfer Ghost." The doctor informed, as Hippolyte felt relief that Ghost was doing well. After signing some paperwork and definitely not chewing it to shreds, Hippolyte and Sylver set up a large pond for Ghost to reside in as well as some other stuff. Including plenty of shade to beat the heat.

Though Hippolyte wouldn't be able to attend as many lessons as she would like, she really didn't mind it.
