Well

I hope I did well

ENJOY LUMI!

-

Lumi followed Ethan everywhere.

She was in the library when he was there; she was at the park when he was there, playing basketball; she was right behind him when he jogged in the mornings, and she was on the first row of the bleachers in the basketball court when he had a match.

In all, Lumi was everywhere Ethan was at.

Okay, fine, she couldn't totally control her stalk-ish side, but could anyway blame her?

Someone? Anyone?

No one? Perfect.

Moving on.

She called him Gold. Lumi thought he was so precious. He glowed when he smiled; it got worse when he laughed. His laugh was so beautiful and valuable. He was a little shy, and he only had few friends, so seeing him smile and laugh comfortably was a rare sight, that's why Lumi made sure she was there when it happened. She'd squeal so hard and keep thinking about it the whole day later on.

He was so sweet and nice to everyone. He was loved by everyone. He had a heart of gold; Lumi called him then Gold Heart. It fit him perfectly.

Gold Heart.

She scribbled it down on her desk in class; she wrote it on a sticky note and stuck it right beside the small mirror inside her locker, and had it written with her pink lipstick (which she got especially for him. She had to get noticed after all) on the bathroom's mirror and sigh.

The boy was perfection itself. It was crazy.

Lumi sighed.

She was at the library this time, seated on the table behind the one Ethan was at. He was totally focused on his laptop. Lumi was just staring at him. She's closed her books and gave up studying. She couldn't focus when Gold Heart was around. She'd be too distracted!

Could anyway really blame her?

Someone? Anyone?

No one? Perfect.

Moving on.

Lumi placed her head on her palms, her elbows on the table. She imagined the scenario if Ethan ever turned around suddenly now and caught her drooling over him. But, oh well, he didn't even know she existed. He wouldn't care.

Thing is:

Another horrid scenario happened.

Ethan's laptop suddenly turned off, and the screen went completely black. Lumi gasped mentally as she could clearly tell that Ethan has seen her reflection on his laptop.

He has caught her.

Ethan turned around, eyes wide open.

Lumi cleared her throat. He looked in every direction, trying to fake her interest in the books and her bag.

She was literally freaking out.

Lumi wanted to yell and shout so loud. It was just so embarrassing! How could she let such thing happen? Why did that laptop battery had to die only when she's contemplating him?

This was it; she was going to grab her things and never come near Ethan ever again. She's embarrassed herself enough. She had to give him peace. He was too old for her anyway.

"Hey."

Lumi looked up. It was Ethan. Her face got completely red. "Uh- uh- oh, hi..."

"Uhm..." Ethan chuckled a bit. Lumi was gasping mentally again. He smiled. Oh my God-Gold-precious-valuable-cute-shine-love-heart-

"I've been noticing you a lot around lately..."

That's because I follow you everywhere... Lumi cleared her throat. She tried not to talk in a fangirly high pitched voice. "Uh-really?"

"Yeah..." Ethan was smiling again. He looked amused. "My name is Ethan."

"I know- I mean, my name is Lumi."

He laughed. Lumi gripped at her bag. There, she was making a fool of herself again...

"Nice name... Lumi. Uhm, well, do you need help? With homework, I mean. Hum?"

Lumi's eyes shot wide open. She was fangirling in the inside.

"Yes- yes, I do, thanks..." Lumi nodded quickly. Ethan smiled at her again and the two sat down beside each other.

"Here- oh, this is math, right?"

Lumi stared at his face and grinned softly.

"Lumi?"

"Lumi?"

"Hello?"

"Are you okay?"

"Uuuh... Lumi? Hello? Earth to Lumi?"

"Uhm... you're... drooling."

THE END
