Luffy x Reader || Childish

Luffy had been getting on your nerves all day, the Captain was unable to sit still - bouncing around the ship all day. All you wanted to do was relax and enjoy the short ride to the next island, Nami predicted that it would only take a few more hours. Your favorite raven-haired pirate had asked you to play with him three times in the last ten minutes, which you declined every time.

It was beautiful and you were enjoying your book, wanting to enjoy the lack of fighting. Everything was fine until a long, rubbery hand stretched in your direction, snatching the book out of your grasp. Huffing you looked up at Luffy, his big smile plastered on his face as you got up and stomped towards him. "Luffy, this isn't funny give me back my book."

All he did was laugh at your annoyance, running in the opposite direction from you, expecting you to chase after him. Sighing you made your way back to your chair deciding to suntan, you were already in your bikini so it didn't make a difference. Robin gave you a smirk as the Captain's disappointment in you not chasing him was made apparent. 

"(Your Name)! You're supposed to chase me and get your book back!" Luffy pouted as he walked up to your reclined body, another mischievous look on his face. 

"I have nothing else for you to take so I'm staying here." Taking that as a challenge, Luffy grabbed your bikini top, ripping it off of your body as he raised it into the air with a victorious yell. 

"Now you have to chase me!" At this point, everyone on the ship was looking at you as you tried your best to cover yourself. Sanji's blood coated the floor as he had a nosebleed - chopper more focused on trying to help him even to notice your exposed state. Nami and Robin stared in horror at your undressed state, both of them wanting to murder the Captain for you. Usopp and Franky looked away while Brook couldn't take his eyes off of you. Zoro looked over for a split second, now glaring at the Captain for his idiotic idea.

Tears stung your eyes as you looked over at the Captain, "Luffy! This isn't funny give it back!" Your embarrassment was growing the longer you sat there, and it was not like you could run away since both of your hands were occupied. 

Luffy, oblivious to your tears, waved your top in the air as he taunted you, "C'mon (Your Name)! Come get me!" Shaking your head, you finally got up and ran into the bedroom you shared with Nami and Robin, tears falling down your face as you fumbled to open the door - slamming it shut behind you. 

Luffy wore a confused face as Nami came over and smacked him upside the head, scolding him for doing such a thing. Luffy was confused, not sure as to why you were embarrassed, being his significant other he had seen you topless multiple times. (Even if it was him just walking in on you changing) Zoro called him an idiot, and Robin told him to go apologize. 

The Captain huffed, not thinking what he did was wrong, but it was obvious he hurt your feelings due to seeing your tears. At this point you were fully clothed, now wearing a shirt with a pair of shorts, you contemplated going back out where everyone was. A soft knock on the door shook you out of your thoughts, you knew it was Luffy but you didn't feel like responding - so he let himself in. 

"(Your Name)?" You grunted in response, still not looking at him. Luffy entered the room and he stretched his arms around your waist, a small whine leaving his lips. "Stop ignoring me." 

Rolling your eyes you took his hands off of you, turning around to face him. Luffy's heart hurt looking at your teary eyes, not realizing how much his actions hurt you. "I just wish you weren't so childish all the time." Luffy huffed, taking offense to what you said. 

"I'm not childish all the time!" Luffy's eyes were sad, and you instantly regretted what you said. 

"You're right." You paused as you looked at him, you knew he was talking about Ace. "But what you did earlier is unacceptable. Luffy's head cocked to the side as he gave you a small smile. 

"I see that all the time, why does it matter?" Your face blossomed into a dark red, smacking him on the forehead as he rubbed the pain away.

"You do not! And it's different when we're in private!" 

"So I can see it now?" At this point, your face was a cherry and you couldn't even think straight. 

"I mean technically, but-" It was too late, Luffy pulled your shirt up revealing your bra - at least it wasn't your bare chest like last time. 

"Luffy! What is wrong with you?!" Your captain laughed, running out of the room as you pulled your shirt down and chased after him. 

"Haha! You can't catch me!" The Captain's laugh filled the ship as you followed close behind, ready to smack your lover.

"You better hope I don't!"
