Like every other normal guy even I had dreamt about the girl of my Dreams walking down the aisle but my life was far from normal and I was fine with it.
So why when I saw Samaira walking down with her sister why did I have a sudden urge to redo everything. To hold her again. The aqua blue color dress bought life to her face. Everyone was busy looking at Aara, but I always had my eyes set on only one girl. I noticed that her hair was longer than the regular magazine, her high pony proved that.
The wedding went smooth and then it was the time for the reception. The reception was at the beach so everyone got 2-3 hours to dress up.
We returned back to the booked bungalow when I saw Samaira running behind Jeena with a bowl in her hand.
Jeena was a ball of energy and that she inherited from her Mother.
"Jeena Waters, come up right here and finish this." Samaira warned.
I had always imagined her this way, running around our kids dressed in normal jeans and tops with her hair in messy buns. But I imagined to be a part of that not apart from it.
But I guess we already discovered that my dreams are way too different from the reality.
Jeena ran towards me and hid behind me holding my legs as a shield.
I looked at Samaira and asked,
"Can I?"
She nodded and handed me the bowl leaving me alone with Jeena.
I made Jeena sit on the sofa and kept the bowl besides, I started telling her a story and she didn't notice that all this time I was actually feeding her.
She could be easily distracted.
She was so my Daughter......
At that moment I wanted to make everything right. I wanted to do this every freaking day. I wanted to live with my family.
But I couldn't.....
