Bombs, Fireworks, Explosions, oh my! (Yoimiya x Reader)

"GET BACK HERE YOU LITTLE-" "Haha! Catch me if you can!" 

You ran away from the grumpy old guy's shop as you had just vandalized the place with 2 of your paint bombs. You lived in Inazuma and boy was it fun to be a nuisance! When you weren't making new bombs or vandalizing some poor person's property, you were hanging out with your best friend (and crush) who also shared your interest in things that go boom. Yoimiya Naganohara, aka the one that taught you how to make your bombs that weren't for being a nuisance to look like fireworks. You ran back to her house as fast and possible, once she saw your clothes covered in rainbow dust, she knew you had been up to your shenanigans. 

"(Y/n)! Did you explode another paint bomb?!" 

"No, I exploded two!" 

She sighed and laughed. 

"C'mon, let's get your clothes changed, then we have work to do!" 

"Alright alright..." 

You got changed and washed your clothes quickly. You and Yoimiya then got to work at the firework shop. Once it was all said and done, you decided to have another go and your plan to confess to her. You were originally "waiting for the right moment" but then Ayaka (in a much more polite way) told you that you had been "waiting for the right moment" for years. That's when you decided that you were gonna confess, but it never seemed like a good time. Either she was busy or was talking with someone else, it never felt right. But today was the day! You quickly slipped a note under her door then raced to the hill where she had taken you and the traveler to watch the fireworks once during the vision hunt decree.

"Hey, meet me at (I FORGOT THE NAME HELP 😭) tonight, I have something to tell you."

You sat there for about 15 minutes until you heard her running up to you. 

"(Y/n)! There you are!" 

You immediately started blushing once you saw her, you had been her friend for years, and she had not once ever gotten tired of you. No matter how annoying you were with your bombs or clingyness, she was always cared unconditionally. That's what made you fall in love with her in the first place. 

"Listen...I-i have something to tell you..."

"Hm? Are you alright? What is it?"

You took a deep breath.

"I'm in love with you!!!"

There was a silence for 5 seconds, then she proceeded to tackle you with a hug.

"AWW I LOVE YOU TOO (Y/N)!!!!"

You might've been calm on the outside, but you exploded with happiness on the inside

"W-what?!" 

She hugged you tighter. 

"ACK- YOIMIYA- CAN'T-! BREATHE-!" 

"Oops!" She let go. 

"S-sorry- I-i just got so excited and uh-" 

You quickly pulled her into a kiss. 

"No need to apologize"

Let's just say that Inazuma now has two explosive mischief makers to deal with
