Akita stared up at the ceiling if she told the immortals the truth she feared they would no longer love her.She glanced over at Lloyd asleep next to her,his good arm wrapped around her.If he knew...he would hate her.Akita's gaze drifted to the crumpled paper in the bin,she made a mental note to ask Lloyd about any organizations going by the acronym R.E.D.She drifted to sleep.
Lloyd woke up to kai shaking his shoulder"I'm asleep"The ninja mumbled blindly shoving him.
"Its my wedding Lloyd!" Kai whispered"I want to talk to you!"
Lloyd opened one eye"How did you find me?"
"It wasnt that difficult"
"Shush!" Akita said from her desk,she listened closely to what the headphones were picking up,
"R.E.D. command------total--lives lost-----hundred----please advise---" It cut out again.
She took off the headphones and stared down at what she had been able to write down.
Lloyd sat up"What do you need to talk about Kai?"
"What do I do if Jay starts to cry?"
"Your not marrying jay?"
"No I mean if someone cries I'll cry!"
"Oh well dont look at him?"
"I just need you to make sure he doesnt cry got it?"
"Yeah....I got it"
Kai left to go get ready for the ceremony,but not before making Lloyd promise.
"What are you doing Red?"
Akita looked up,"What did you say??"
"I asked what you were doing?"
"No you said Red!"
"Yeah...I wont if you dont want me to"
"No that is fine!What does it mean?"She asked jumping out of her chair.
"Its a colour..."
Akita leaned closer so that their foreheads were nearly touching"What else does it mean?"
"Its what I call you sometimes" Lloyd thought for a second"Nothing else though"
Akita looked disappointed "Oh...that is it?"
"Yeah why?"Lloyd questioned smoothing Akita's dishevelled hair.
"For...a project"Akita sighed
"Project?Can I help?"He smiled
"No!"
Lloyd was taken a back startled from how angry Akita sounded."O-ok"
"I am sorry!" The formling apologized hugging him"I dont want you to help thats all"
"That...doesnt really make me feel better"Lloyd admitted but he returned the hug" just let me know if you want my help okay?"
"Okay"
