No dream could be described as perfect. No dream could be described as happy. No dream could be characterized by your imagination.

And that is exactly what Himiko Toga woke up in the void with. Darkness surrounded her, and light illuminated her as if someone was pointing a spotlight right at her. She was confused as her sleepy gaze adjusted to her surroundings.

All she remembers was passing out after the fight with Curious. The Meta Liberation Army.

Thats right.

She was bruised, bloodied, hurt, and stumbled into a shed and collapsed, "Just like Izuku". She remembers that pain she felt.

And for the first time, the blood of herself felt uncomfortable. The deep shade of red made her nauseous. She didn't like it.

What Toga expected was for the silencing consciousness to drag her to dreamland, or simply watch her recover enough before slipping back in her like the wind rustling the trees.

Instead, she was met with the void.

She slowly sat up. Everything was black and dark, except the light surrounding her. She looked around and then at herself. She wasn't wounded anymore. She was back in the clean clothes she wore before her fight with Curious.

Her hair was also let down. Calm was around her. It felt nice.

Toga pushed herself up, wobbling on her feet slightly, and just continued to stare into the emptiness. She curiously took a few steps forward. Nothing happened. The clicks of her shoes were prominent in the silence.

"Hello?" She called out. Her voice echoed continuously. It felt like the space was infinite. This felt real. Too real. Not like any other dream she's had. This felt real. She had her senses in control. She felt emotion.

Toga continued walking for a little while, before stopping and just sighing. The light kept following her wherever she went. She was at least thankful for that.

Toga moved to sit down, criss-cross on the... floor? Whatever it could be called. She rested her elbow on her thigh and her head in her hand. This was getting boring and creepy.

"Is anyone there?" She attempted to call out again, and she let out a yelp when she heard a response.

"I was wondering where you were," The voice whispered. It felt as if someone whispered in her ear. Shivers traveled down her spine as he snapped her head around the void to look at where the voice was coming from, yet nothing was there.

A static noise cut through the air, and she winced and looked in that direction. In the middle of the void, a screen appeared. It was the news.

"The middle school who cut her classmate badly..."

Toga's eyes widened as it played a clip of her classmate talking about the boy, Saito. She remembers everything. She needed the blood. She was just helping.

The clip switched to her mother. Little Toga was holding a bird, a dead bird. Blood smeared on her face.

"She's... a demon child," her mother's words looped. Toga gritted her teeth from frustration. She would never be normal... would she?

It switched between Little Toga praising the bird for being so cute and her parents mocking her smile too when she first met Izuku.

Toga could only watch with horror as the memories of her past replayed in front of her very own eyes. It was... interesting to see, to be honest. It showed a different perspective. None of her thoughts, just other people's comments and just her saying.
