" How's it feeling?" I hear Pope in the distance.

" Feels good." Kie said inside the barrel.

I walk towards JJ.

" Hey, how  you feeling?" I sat next to him.

" I'm fine. I really don't want to talk about it." he looked at me.

I nodded, " that's fair. Anyways, where's John B?"

" I got my scholarship interview tomorrow. We gotta get this done!" Pope explained.

I saw John B from the corner of my eye but something seemed off I just didn't know what.

" Speak of the devil. Hey! Dude, I set up the entire winch to pull up the gold and everything." JJ explained.

" JJ, no you didn't that was Pope." I looked at him.

" Uh, ok what was that about?" JJ asked.

" I was gonna ask you the same question. I'll go check on him." I get my feet out of the hot tub and head inside.

JOHN B

" You all right, John B? What's up?" Ocean came inside the house.

I don't answer instead I am just tearing the entire house apart until I find what I needed.

" Bro, what's going on? Why do you need the gun for?" Ocean yelled.

" John B , chill. Talk to me." I grabbed Ocean and threw her to the floor.

" What, are you JJ now?" Ocean is still on the floor.

JJ comes running inside because of all the loud noise that is happening.

" Dude, what the hell are you doing!" JJ yelled while running towards Ocean.

I walk out and start the motorcycle.

" You okay?" I picked Ocean up from the floor.

" I'm fine, let's follow John B." she starts walking outside. " John B what is going on?"

" Ward knows about the gold. He killed Dad." John B yelled then drove off.

KIARA CARRERA

I was shocked but I can't imagine what was going on in Ocean's head right now. I turn to Ocean in full tears, mixed emotions, sad, angry, confused. She was crying so hard he was barely breathing, I could tell she couldn't stand anymore and that's when she fell to the floor. Pope and JJ didn't know what to do but just stand there in shock. So I tried to walk to Ocean and try to comfort her.

" Ocean." I knelt down next to her.

" No! This can't be happening." she pushed me away.

" Ocean, relax please." I try to calm her down.

Ocean stands up with tears in her eyes, " God, just leave me alone." she storms off.

I go to run after her but JJ stops me, " Let me try and talk to her." I nodded.

I look everywhere for Ocean but I couldn't find her but there was one place left to look, her comfort place. There she was with the wind blowing in her hair. I walked on the deck heading towards her.
