*Storyline and characters all belong to J.K. Rowling and the magical world of Harry Potter; only a select few characters are mine.... which I will indicate in authors notes and prefacing chapters. I have created the main character Alden Noel and a lot of her interactions with other characters such as Snape, etc. I have stuck to mostly parts from The Goblet of Fire so far but also have included excerpts from some of the other books/ movies as well. For example, McGonagalls sorting speech from Sorcerers Stone* This story is just for fun. I also have gained inspirations from reading other authors brilliant fan fictions. All rights and credits go to the people they belong to/were inspired from. Apart from my creations of a few characters/storylines. *

*This story is rated MA; as there will be some mentions of abuse, strong language, etc.*

*A picture of how I envision Alden's hair is in the chapter pic*

"Please, Please, PLEASE, Just let me OUT." I screamed as I fiercely banged on the large wooden door that stood in front of me. My wrists and ankles screaming as the zip ties dug into my skin, but I fought through it and hit the door as hard as I could with my fists. Soon they became bloody but I didn't care, I needed to get out of here, I had had enough. I screamed and with all of the force left in my body I gave one more last pound on the door. A bright, white light erupted and my body went limp for a few seconds.

When I came to I was running through a dense and dark foggy woods. I was running so fast it felt as though I was almost floating; moonlight the only thing guiding my path as I ran through the woods. I came to a enormous stone castle, I burst through the door into a large open corridor before collapsing in a heap on the floor, every trace of energy finally gone from my body. The last thing I could hear were the voices of two men and a women, but I was too far gone to make out any of what they spoke.

"Sh, Sh...Minerva, Poppy...she's waking up." My eyes fluttered, the room I was in starting off fuzzing but slowly came into focus. I looked to my right and noticed the same stones I slightly remembered making up the walls; a metal stand with white curtains stood near the wall creating a barrier between where I was and the window, but sunlight still streamed in. I flopped my head over to the left and noticed a grey haired and bearded man, a first woman with a tall pointed hat and her hair pulled tightly back against her head and a second woman with a white draped cap on her head. Upon seeing I was awake, the three shuffled in closer towards the bed I laid in; all of them had warmth and concern showing through their eyes. Several feet behind them, hunched in the corner stood a second man with long black hair and a hard demeanor. "How are you feeling my dear?" The grey haired/bearded man proceeded to say. "I feel fine, besides this massive headache I have right now." I rubbed circles on my temples before lowering down my hands slowly. I then noticed the bandages wrapped around my hands. "What happened? Where am I?" I questioned my voice slightly horse. "We found you collapsed on the floor a fortnight ago. You're at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry" The man continued to explain, placing a hand lightly on my arm. "H-H-Hogwarts...?!" The three kind wizards standing next to my bedside nodded. I gulped; shock, fear, anxiety ran through my body. "H-How did I get here? Last I knew I was still....in America...." my voice trailed off. I needed a second to process this...I just learned a few days ago that Marshall kidnapped me when I was young, that's why I was locked up...in America...and now, I'm at Hogwarts. How did I even get here??

"Albus, how can we even be sure she posses any magic, let alone is trained in any witchcraft whatsoever." A stern, but somehow velvet voice carried over from the corner. I snapped to attention and I made eye contact with the serious man in the corner who had now took a step away from the corner and was standing straight up. I looked down.
