Continuation in the past:

As soon as Alec saw Magnus walking in late with Camille his heart broke. Alec saw Magnus be happy with her. He was confused, Magnus had asked him for breakfast and then Magnus himself came with his girlfriend which is not a big deal but walking in late. As soon as Alec saw this he wanted to go yell at him. He needed to disappear from there , he had trusted Magnus again and because of that he was hurt again. Was Magnus using him and his vulnerability? He regretted telling Magnus anything. He felt naked and alone in between all of them he felt alone. As he is in the middle of the thoughts they get interrupted by Magnus.

Magnus: Alexander, you are never here. It's a pleasure to see you this morning

Alec was now even more confused. He just nodded.

Magnus: What do you say if we go to class a little late and have breakfast?

Alec jumped up: no I am good. I have been here since 7:00. I am just gonna go to class.

Magnus: Okay but...

Camille: It's ok baby, I'll stay with you if he doesn't want to.

She finished and gave Magnus a kiss on the cheeks. Alec's blood started boiling, is this why he invited me? And in that moment he made a very rash decision. He turned to Andrew: I am gonna go, Andrew you want to join? We can talk about that dinner you were talking about.

Andrew felt very happy and quickly jumped up taking his bag: YES YES YES OF COURSE.

Magnus was really confused. He thought him and Alec had worked on their friendship last night but Alec was being cold. Has Magnus done something to hurt him? He was so confused. Alec was being curt and that hurt him but he was more focused on Alec getting possible dinner with Andrew. He quickly got up, "I have to go as well, need to ask the teacher a question." said Magnus

Alec, Andrew walked to class quickly, they were followed by Magnus right behind. Alec stopped by his locker and Andrew waited for him to finish before asking him.

Andrew: So what did you want to talk about?

Alec notices Magnus in the corner of his eye and knows he can hear them: You asked if we could have dinner together tonight.

Andrew: Yes, I did.

Alec: Where and when?

Andrew: Well, I was hoping we could go watch a movie after practice and then a possible picnic since the weather is nice out.

Alec: Oh, a movie and picnic sound wonderful however can we please do it later this week? We have some tests coming up and I need to talk about this to Izzy and Jace.

Andrew: Of course, how about friday. That way we don't have to worry about school the day after.

Alec: That is great. Now let's get to class before we get detention.

Once they got to class, Alec realized what he did. He had just just agreed to go out on a possible date with Andrew. He was still unsure, if it even is a date. And along with that he did not know how he was going to tell his siblings. He knows Izzy has an idea that he had feelings for Magnus, but he still needed to tell Jace. He did not want to lose his brother, just because he did not like girls. He had made up his mind that tonight he would have to tell them and just hope that they accept him. While he is in deep thought, Magnus sits right next to him and asks Alec: "Hey, Alexander are you ok?"

Alec: Yes, why would I not be? It's not like I just sat in the cafeteria for an hour.
