Sienna-Mae's pov:

Me and my mom moved to Seattle when i was 11 years old and we have been here ever since. She got a job at the hospital, Grey-Sloan, as an intern when we first moved and now she is in her 3rd year of her residency.

Our past hasn't been great and no one here knows that which i'm glad about because i don't like nor need the pity and sympathy from others and it was good to start fresh without anyone trying to ruin anything.

I have the best mom anyone could wish for. She is kind, caring, loving, hardworking, strong minded and a million other things.

I have a photographic memory so i skipped quite a few grades in school and i have done college already so i decided to take a break for a year or so to spend more time with my mom which means i come to the hospital with her most of the time.

I am in Grey-Sloan right now and my mom is in surgery. After making a few touch-ups in the bathroom mirror and making sure my outfit is still okay, I make my way to the elevator.

i'm on the elevator going towards the OR gallery to watch mom perform surgery.

Walking out of the elevator i am looking at my phone until i bump into someone, looking up i see the one person i hoped i would never see again.

"Hey Sienna-Mae." Paul Stadler said smiling, looking down at me. "How's brooke?" He questioned as his smile got slightly bigger. "Or is it Jo now?" He asked staring into my eyes.

Shocked, i stay still, frozen in place whilst looking at Paul, no emotion what so ever. Getting flashbacks of what he used to do to me and mom and how frightened he made us feel whilst he is looking at me with a creepy smile on his face.

"Are you... Is he... Paul Stadler?Arizona asked snapping me out of my mind.

"Yes."He replied with a small nod
