Luckily for us I found a chest full of useful supplies like a first aid kit and masks, so that solved another of our problems, one more of them is to find more engines and survivors which will be risky considering we don't know who could be alive or infected...
After a bit of thought we decided to trek up to Crovan's Gate to search for the little engines and any other survivors. Well we made it and what can I say it was a ghost town.
We did find Skarloey and Rheneas who we're overjoyed to see us, but what we didn't expect to find however was a very forlorn George the steam roller.

We tried to console the crying rolling pin, but to no avail. He kept crying while screaming, what is happening and, why me. I was confused so after nearly an hour of calming George down, be explained his story.
Yesterday before it all started, he was assigned to help tarmac some new road near the station, when George finally got there, his driver received a call from Topham informing that they would have to stay over night since the road would be longer than expected. George, to say the least, was not happy about that, but his driver shut him up saying that the big man would take away his roller if he didn't listen.
Hours later while they were making progress, that's when it happened, the explosion booming in the far distance, it happened so suddenly out of nowhere it shook George to the core, he started to panick saying he had to get out of there and to beat the shockwave, considering he's as slow as a snail that wouldn't be happening, his driver however had no idea what to do besides run along with everyone else. George screamed in horror at his driver to come back but he didn't listen, George was left where he was exposed to the elements and with the shockwave approaching, he lost all hope, the shockwave hit and it wasn't as powerful as he thought it was but still it scared him.
Soon enough he heard Skarloey and Rheneas calling out to whoever could still be present, George called out saying he was safe but stranded.

Soon after night fell and him and the little engines fell asleep, for the rest of the day until we found George, he and the two little brothers chatted about how this all happened and what they could do to get through it. While the day passed several engines passed by, first it was a big, long green class 40 diesel who came from the other railway, George said he could overhear what the diesel was saying to his driver as he passed by, "we have a job to do driver, I don't care about the state of the railway". So the engines of the other railway know? I guess this whole thing spread faster than I thought. Then the second engine passed by this morning, George said it sounded like Arthur, or, what he thought was Arthur, judging by the sudden change of tone in his voice, he doesn't want to press further in his explanation, I can't really blame him...
