Bellamy climbed down the ladder. "You're still here?" Bellamy asked "I'm not moving till you let me up there to see him" Octavia said "Meh I'm just keeping her company" I said "Then get comfortable" Bellamy said he was about to walk away but he turned back "I let him live. Isn't that enough?" He asked "He saved my life. And yours" Octavia said "I know you see it that way but-" Octavia cut him off "That's the way it is" He sighed "He's still dangerous" I then interefered "Only because of what you did" He looked at me and scoffed "Look whatever twsited connection you think you have with that animal forget it. You don't get to see him" He then started walking away "Why do you even care if I ruined your life? You should want me to up there maybe you'll get lucky and he'll kill me, problem solved" Oh said I looked at her confused then at Bellamy angry "What the hell is she talking about?" I asked him "Oh you don't know right?" Oh said "Know what?" I asked "Apparently I ended his life when I born and got our mother floated" My blood started to boil "Octavia, you know I didn't mean that" She didn't look at him and then Clarke came in "Bellamy-" He cut her off "The answer is still no. I'm not talking to Jaha" He said about to walk out of the dropship "Hey, relax. That's not why I'm here" Clarke said "What then?" He asked "The Ark found some old records that show a supply depoy not too far from here" She said "What kind of supplies?" Bellamy asked "The kind that might give us a chance to live through winter" Clarke said and a light bulb went off in my head. "I'm gonna go check it out. I could use backup" Backup huh? "Why are you asking me?" Bellamy asked with attitude "Well, because right now, I don't feel like being around anyone I actually like" He chuckled slightly I stood up and went towards them "Good because I'm dying to get out of here" I said "Hey!" Octavia yelled "Chill Octavia, I just wanna explore" Clarke turned to me "Oh but I kind of like you Naida" Clarke said a little sarcastic I could see "Well deal with it" I was gonna walk out but Bellamy stopped me "You're not going anywhere princess" He said pushing me back "Well I don't really take orders from you now do I?" I asked "Bellamy we could use her and her knife skills" She said to him "Fine. I'll get my stuff meet you in ten" Bellamy said he then looked at Oh then me and walked off "Hey Oh" I said going to her "Maybe you can bust him outta here" I said and she stood up. "Well how? He's never gonna get out of here without anybody seeing him" She said "Create a distraction. Any kind" I said "Okay but what about Miller?" She asked "You're right" I said and I snapped my fingers "Murphy" I said and she smiled. We made a plan and then I quickly went to get my things and tell Murphy then met up with Clarke and Bellamy. Bellamy was gathering a lot of rations. "That's a lot of rations" Clarke said "You realize this is a day trip" I said "A lot can happen in a day" He said looking at around camp when Oh came out of the dropship and he looked at her and she looked at him. When we were walking out he turned around to look at her again before she went back in the dropship and he walked out of camp.
(Quick Time Skip)
"You know the first dropship is gonna come down soon. Pretty sure you can't avoid Jaha forever" Clarke said speaking to Bellamy "I can try" He said in response we were walking up a tiny hill when we saw this place. It was wrecked but it looked like it may have been a city. "The depot is supposed to be around here somewhere" Clarke said "There's gotta be a door" I said "Maybe he'll be lenient" Clarke said "Look I shot the man Clarke. He's not just gonna forgive and forget" Bellamy said angry "Okay, well let's split up, cover more ground" I said trying to make them stop figthing. "Fine. Stay within shouting distance" Bellamy said walking to the right. "You should go with him" Clarke said I shook my head "Bad idea" I said and followed her "What happened?" Clarke asked as we looked for a hatch or door. "He still felt for Roma. Torturing the grounder. Telling Octavia she killed her mother etc, etc" I said not looking at Clarke "We all feel for those who died" Clarke said "I guess so" I said "The toruting was necessary-" I cut her off "No it wasn't. You even said it yourself down here, we don't choose who lives or dies" I said getting annoyed and angry "That was for us. The grounders are a different story" Clarke said in defense "But they still have one yet to be told" I said running in front of her looking down at something made of metal. "Bellamy!" I yelled he looked at us "Over here Naida found a door!" Clarke yelled he came down and I uncovered it and tried to pull but it was stuck "I think it's rusted shut" I said "Okay. Watch your foot" He hit it a couple times with his axe till it budged "Okay give me a hand" He said to us and we pulled as hard as we could and when we opened it we saw stairs so we walked down them. "Here" Clarke said handing me and Bellamy a flashlight. "Really think this place hasn't been touched since the war?" Bellamy asked "A girl can dream" She said I smiled "Come on" Clarke said as we followed her. We found more stairs "Ladies first" Bellamy said to me and Clarke "Aw what a gentleman" I said sarcastically I went down 4 stairs when I stepped on something it cracked. I flashed my light at it and it was a skeleton I jumped back "Hey calm down" My breathing got quick and heavy so Bellamy got in front of Clarke "It's not alive Naida you're okay" Bellamy said I managed to slow down my breathing "Hell of a place to die" Bellamy said and we continued down the stairs "So much for living down here this place is disgusting" I said "Damn it" Clarke said "Anything left down here is ruined" Bellamy said it was so dark so I backed up and let Clarke go first. Due to reaction I grabbed Bellamy's hand and he looked down at it then at me. He saw how nervous and worried I was so he ran his thumb across it as we continued walking. "They must have distributed most of the supplies before the last bombs went off" I said there were a bunch of boxes so each of us opened one. "Hey. I found blankets" Clarke said "Excited about a couple of blankets?" Bellamy asked as he threw another glow stick down the hall "Well, it's something" Clarke said "How about a canteen or a med kit or a decent freaking tent?" Bellamy yelled as he opened a giant can and looked in it. Suddenly he yelled kicking the can and grease poured out. "Oh my god" Bellamy said crouched down over the water "What?" Clarke asked we went over to it as he picked up something smiling and showed it to us. It was a gun. Multiple guns.
(Small Time Skip)
Bellamy put up a banner with an 'X' on it like a target. "This changes everything. No more running from spears. Ready to be badasses?" He said eating another nut. "Look I'm not gonna fight you on bringing guns back to camp. I know we need them, but don't excpect me to like it" She said as I loaded up a gun "We're lucky the rifles were packed in grease. The face they survived means we're not sitting ducks anymore" He said "Well I didn't know grease helped" I said sarcastically "Look you need to know how to do this Naida" He said I rolled my eyes "Why? I have my knives" I said "Because knives can't get people from a far distance" He said "How did you learn to use knives? Weren't you raised under the floor?" Clarke said I looked at her offended "Sorry but weren't you" I sighed "Well when you and your brother are in prison there's not much to do" I said "He carved out his toothbrush and taught me sort of" I said "You're really good at it" I smiled "What can I say? I'm good with my hands" I laughed knowing how dirty that sounded and Clarke did too "Yes that you are" Bellamy said grabbing a gun before pausing and realizing what he said. "Uh that came out very very wrong Bellamy" Clarke said laughing "Okay come on" He said as I put the gun up. "So do I just hold it on my shoulder?" I asked "Yeah a little higher now. At that end" He said holding up the rifle more and put his hand on my shoulder. I felt his stare and I could feel his breathing on my neck as it quickened "Yeah. Uh, that's good. Uh watch and learn" He said snapping out of his state and grabbing another rifle. He shot it but nothing came out so he pulled it back and tried again still nothing. "Still watching" I said "My bullets are duds try yours" He said to me I went to his spot and he backed away. I shot and it obviously didn't land on the 'X' but I didn't care "That was amazing" I said with a small laugh "Am I horrible for feeling that?" I asked turning to them "No try again" Bellamy said with a smile "No we shouldn't waste the ammunition" Clarke said "Ammo" I said "You need to practice" Bellamy said to us "No we need to talk about how we're gonna keep guns around camp" Clarke said "Where are we gonna keep them, and who has access" She continued as Bellamy grabbed another gun and we backed away as he shot the banner close to the 'X' "You left Miller in charge of the grounder. You must trust him" Clarke said "You two should keep him close. The other listen to him" Weird. Why would he.. Oh no. "We should keep him close? Bellamy what's going on? You've been acting weird all day" Clarke asked he looked down. "Wait a minute wait a minute." I said Clarke and Bellamy turned to me "All the rations you took. You're gonna run" I said "That's why you agreed to come with" Clarke said "You were gonna load up on supplies and just disappear" She continued "I don't have a choice. The Ark will be here soon" Bellamy said "So you're just gonna leave Octavia? Leave me?" I said "Octavia hates me. And so do you. You'll be fine" He said not daring to look me in the eye. "You don't know-" He cut me off "I shot the chancellor! They're gonna kill me Naida" He said me and Clarke stayed quiet "Best-case scenario they lock me up with the grounder for the rest of my life. And there's no way in hell, I'm giving Jaha the satisfaction. Keep practicing, I need some air" He said putting the gun down and leaving. Clarke and I looked at each other. "Maybe I shouldn't have asked him to come with me" Clarke said "Clarke you wouldn't have known" I said comforting her "Yeah. I'm gonna look around stay here" She said and I nodded eating some more nuts. "Aren't you beatiful?" I heard someone ask behind me. I turned around slowly. It was my mother. "Mom?" I asked shocked but happy "Hey little bird" She said as I hugged her tight. "B-But how?" I asked as she ran her fingers through my hair "Wish we knew" Someone else said next to her. My father. "Dad." I said with a smiled as I cried of joy "Oh hunny. I wish we'd talked with you sooner" My mom said "Mom please I need you guys" I said hugging the both of them "Bird, you don't need us. You need him" I was confused "Murphy?" I asked "You're brother yes but I'm talking about him" I realized she was talking about Bellamy "You want me to forgive him?" I asked "He's done a lot of things kiddo but some of them we're for you and Octavia" Dad said "But all does is hurt me. How can I forgive him for that?" I said "He doesn't mean to bird. He loves you, sometimes too much" My mom said "I'm really trying mom but, I'm scared. What if he does something worse next time?" I sat on the boxes and my mom sat with me and I layed my head on her shoulder. "But you can't continue you your life lying to yourself. Saying you don't love him mijita" (my child had to add some spanish y'all🤷) "You need him. And he needs you bird" "I need time first. I can't" I said "Shut the hell up piece of shit" My parents said "What?" I asked before I was knocked out.
(Small Time Skip)

I was shook awake. "Naida wake up!" It was Clarke I groaned "My head" I said as I sat up "Yeah. Come on we need to find Bellamy" She said as she helped me stand up I winced "I think I hit myself in the same place as last time" I said to her as she took two guns one for her and me "I'll check you at the dropship now come on" We got out and saw Dax with a gun to Bellamy "Go" I whispered and she nodded I went in a different direction so he couldn't get away "Put it down Dax" Clarke said "Should've stayed down there Clarke, I tried not to kill either of you but here you are. And Shumway said no witnesses. Where's Naida?" Dax asked "Still knocked out thanks to you. What is he talking about?" She asked Bell "Shumway set it up. He gave me the gun to shoot the chancellor" Bell said "Walk away now, and I won't kill you" Dax said "Put. It. Down." Clarke said "Your choice" He said and she clicked the button but it didn't work it was a dud. And he began shooting when Bell got up and tackled him and started punching him and they were fighting Dax tried to go for the gun but Bell tried stopping him. "Hey!" I yelled and he looked up at me and I clicked the button. Shit Clarke had gotten two dud guns. "Get the hell off him!" I ran to him but he hit me with the end of the gun in my stomach I dropped down. I saw Bell take the bullet on the floor and put it in his neck. He fell beside him blood streaming down his mouth. We all walked up and sat down with our backs to the tree "You're okay" I said to Bell "No I'm not" We stared at him "My mother.. if she knew what I've done, who I am. She raised me to be better, to be good.." He said "Bellamy-" He cut me off "And all I do is hurt people" He sniffed "I'm a monster" He said crying "Hey. You saved our lives today" I said "And you may be a total ass half the time, I need you" Clarke said "We all need you" I added "None of us would've survived this place if it wasn't for you" I said "You want forgiveness? Fine I'll give it to you you're forgiven okay? But you can't run Bellamy" Clarke said "You have to come back with us. You have to face it" I said "Like you faced your mom?" Bell said to Clarke "You're right. I don't want to face my mom. I don't want to face any of it. All I think about everyday is how we're gonna keep everyone alive, but we don't have a choice." Clarke said "Jaha will kill me when he comes down" Bell said I grabbed his hand and he looked at me "We'll figure something out" He sighed with a smile "Can we figure it out later?" I smiled "Whenever you're ready" I said as I put my arm around him making him lay on my shoulder.
(When we got to the dropship)
"He's gone! The grounder's gone!" We heard someone yell from camp "What if he brings other grounders back?" Someone else said as we opened the gate "He'll kill us all" "Or worse" "Let the grounders come!" Bellamy yelled as everyone turned to us."We've been afraid of them for far too long, and why? Because of their knives and spears. I don't know about you. But I'm tired of being afraid" He said and he looked at us and we nodded as we put down the guns. "These are weapons okay? Not toys, and we have to be prepared to give them up to the guard when the dropships come." Clarke said "But until then. They're gonna help keep us safe" I said "And there are plenty more where these came from. Tomorrow we start training, and if the grounder come, we're gonna be ready to fight"
(Small Skip)
I saw Bellamy go up to Octavia and hand her a blanket. I smiled and went into my tent. I saw Murphy waiting there for me. "Hey kiddo" He said "Hey" I said taking off my jacket and boots "So you and Bell?" He asked "I'm not sure yet" I said with a sigh "You'll sort it out. You love each other" He said "So what did you invision?" I asked him "Oh you know, the prison, and how we used to play around at home" He said tickling me "Murphy stop" I said laughing and hitting his arm "What about you?" He asked I was hesitated "Mom and Dad" I said his smiled sort of faded but he hugged me and I hugged him back. He suddenly picked me up and started turning I screamed "Murphy put me down!" "Ring around the rosey pocket full of posey, ashes ashes we all fall down!" He said throwing us on the bed and we laughed. "I love you little bird" "I love you too big brother" I said and he left my tent. Someone else entered "Hey angel?" I turned around and it was Bellamy "It's time" He said I knew he meant to speak with Jaha "I would really appreciate it if you were there with me to calm my nerves" I smiled "Okay come on" I put my boots on and my jacket (Not his hoodie) we then walked to the tent. He stopped right outside "I can't" He said "Hey look at me" I said cupping his cheeks making him look me in the eye "You're gonna be okay" I said and hugged him tight and pulled away "Ready?" I said extending him my hand he smiled "Yeah" He said grabbing my hand and going in the tent. "Mr.Blake, I've wanted to talk to you for some time now" Jaha said as I saw Bellamy pinch his leg I grabbed his hand and softly rubbed his hand. "Before you do, I'd like to say something" Clarke said "When you sent us down here, you sent us to die, but miraculously, most of us are still alive. In large part that is because of him. Because of Bellamy" She said looking at him "He's one of us, and he deserves to be pardoned of his crimes just like the rest of us" I said and he smiled softly at me "Clarke, Naida, I appreaciate your point of view but it's not that simple" Said Jaha "It is. If you want to know who on the Ark wants you dead" Bell said Jaha took a long pause before his next words "Bellamy Blake, you're pardoned for your crimes" Jaha said and we all smiled "Now, tell me who gave you the gun" Said Jaha.
