Chapter 11

Tris' POV

I wake up around 8:30. Tobias is out of bed already. He left a note for me. It says,

Dear Tris,

I was needed in the control room. Breakfast is on the table.

Love Tobias
I eat breakfast, which consists of a chocolate muffin, and then go and get everything I need to take a shower. I hop in and out quickly. I pull on a black tank top and some black shorts. I should get a new tattoo. I head down to the tattoo parlor. When I get there, I see Tori at the front desk. "Hey Tris. Whatcha doin?" Tori asks me. "I would like a new tattoo." I answer. "Ok what do you want it to be?" She asks me. "I want this name on my lower back. The name is Tobias. Tori sketches out the font on a piece of paper. "How does this look?" She asks me. "Wonderful" I answer. It's in cursive writing. She takes me in the back to start working on it. When it's finished I look at it. It looks really good. "Thank you" I tell her. We go up to the front. I pay her and leave. I hope Tobias likes it. I decide to take a walk. Maybe I should surprise Tobias in the control room! I walk over to the control room. I hear laughter. It sounds like Tobias and Zeke. I wonder what they're talking about. I walk in. "Hey Tris," Zeke and Tobias say in unison. "What are you doing here?" Tobias asks me. "I was just walking around and I thought I would come see you." I responded. Gus comes around the corner, "Four you can go now." "OK." He jumps up from his chair and loops his arm around my waist. "Lets go to the dining hall for lunch." He suggests. We walk down to our normal table. I see Peter there and try to hide a snarl. "What are you doing here?" I ask him. "I wanted to ask for your forgiveness." He says shyly. "Why would I forgive you? You almost tried to kill me." I responded. "I won't feel good and secure until you forgive me" He pleads. "I'll think about it." I say. Peter gets up and leaves the table. Tobias left to get us some food. He has finally come back. Yummm hamburgers and fries with Dauntless cake. We eat in silence when the rest of our friends come. "Howdy yalls," Uriah said. Everyone had a confused look on her face. "Hi everyone." I mean. "Ohhhhhhh," Everyone says in unison. Tobias and I get up and leave the table because we finished our food. I decide I need to start on wedding plans. When we get to the apartment I ask Tobias when he wants the date of the wedding to be. "How about June 10th?"He says. I started yawning for some reason. "I think I'm gonna take a nap." I go and lay down on the couch and fall into a deep sleep.
