Tenn's POV:

The SUV rumbled along the winding road, the wide forest landscape passing by in a blur as I remained hidden in the trunk, I felt like I'd been in this car for at least 10 minutes, just sitting here trying to process all the events that happened today.
Fuck.. everything just happened so fast! Just when I thought I could get to Mariana and free her, she's still caught and now gone off to who knows where and somehow I managed to get myself caught because I was starving! But on the bright side, those furs in the front didn't know I was in the vehicle, That's a good thing... right?
Luckily I was in an SUV trunk so I can see outside through the huge rear window, I stumbled onto my knees without ducking so they don't see me, without making a sound I get to the window, and when I looked out my jaw dropped, I wasn't the dense forest anymore, but instead was the huge beautiful lake that I saw from the hillside, but now glistening a warm golden hue from the setting sun, I would have been more in awe if it wasn't for the situation that I'm in.
as I sat back down and looked back at my surroundings as my heart started to race, I was still cramped next to lots of junk, camping supplies, clothes, food, and other belongings, I could still hardly believe the twist of fate that had led me to this terrifying situation.
The car's engine rumbled, the road beneath us humming softly as we drove further away from the national park now my mind raced, searching for a way out of this. As the initial shock wore off, a sense of urgency took its place.
I needed to get out of there... but the trunk was locked tight, and I had no way of opening it from the inside. My thoughts raced, and I frantically examined my surroundings while making as little noise as possible from alerting those things in the front.
The dim light filtering through the rear view in the trunk revealed a jumble of camping gear and bags. I rummaged around, My fingers brushed against various items—bags, blankets, those damn granola bars, and other supplies— but nothing that could be of use to me. My heart sank as desperation mingled with my frustration. It seemed luck was not on my side
I need to find something...
anything..!
————————————————
After what felt like minutes of searching I couldn't find a single thing that I could use to escape... no clues,
no tools, just the possessions of the creatures... I slumped back down in defeat and let out a quiet sigh...What do I do now..?
As the car's engine hummed and the wind rustled through the trees, I stayed hidden, my eyes darting between the rearview mirror and the items in the trunk. The two furs, I think their names were Kevin and Randy, in the front seats, continued their conversation, their voices a low hum in the background. They were still oblivious to my presence just a few feet away, but that knowledge brought me little comfort. The less they knew, the better. I just knew I had to get out of here and find Mariana. Then on top of all of that find a way to go back home somehow.
Or is finding Mariana now a lost cause now..?
No..!
I can't be thinking like that, There's still hope!
