The next day, Selena found herself in a meeting room

The walls were adorned with posters of previous successful tours, and the hum of anticipation seemed to vibrate in the air. She took a deep breath, reminding herself that this was her chance to lay the groundwork for the upcoming tour—a tour that held the promise of both challenges and opportunities.

Seated around the long table were members of the band, each wearing a mix of excitement and curiosity on their faces. Selena took her place at the head of the table, her notes and plans laid out before her. The atmosphere held a sense of expectancy as if everyone present understood the significance of the gathering.

"Good morning, everyone," Selena began, her voice confident yet approachable. "I'm excited to discuss the upcoming tour with you all and how we're going to make it an unforgettable experience for both the band and the fans."

The band members exchanged glances, their anticipation growing as Selena delved into the details of the tour. She outlined the cities they would be visiting, the venues they would be performing at, and the general structure of the tour schedule. The energy in the room seemed to swell as the reality of the tour sank in.

But as the meeting progressed, Selena's tone shifted slightly, her expression growing more serious. "Now, I know that being on tour can be a whirlwind of excitement, but it's important that we maintain a professional image at all times. That means respecting the fans, the venues, and each other."

Her gaze lingered on each band member, her tone conveying a sense of authority mixed with understanding. And then her eyes settled on Tom, his expression a mixture of curiosity and defiance.

"I want to address something," Selena continued her voice firm but not accusatory. "Tom, I know you're charismatic and that fans are drawn to you. But it's crucial that we avoid any situations that could tarnish the band's reputation. We can't afford any more incidents with groupies or anything that might overshadow the music."

Tom's jaw clenched, his gaze hardening as he absorbed her words. The tension in the room seemed to escalate as Selena's words hung in the air, the weight of her expectations settling over everyone.

"Look, I'm not trying to single you out, Tom," Selena added, her voice softening slightly. "I just want to make sure we're all on the same page and that we're focused on delivering the best performances we can."

Tom's response was a terse nod, he features a mixture of irritation and defiance. The room seemed to bristle with unresolved tension as the meeting continued, Selena navigating the fine line between assertiveness and diplomacy.

The atmosphere in the meeting room had turned tense as the band members sat across from the stern faces of the management team. The discussion had shifted towards the upcoming tour, and the management was leaving no room for compromise when it came to maintaining the band's image and professionalism. The scrutiny was palpable, and Selena could see the frustration and discomfort etched on the faces of the boys.

As the management team laid out their expectations, emphasizing the need for the band to strictly adhere to guidelines, Tom's expression grew increasingly defiant. The tension seemed to hang in the air, thick and suffocating.

But then, to everyone's surprise, Selena leaned forward, her voice unwavering. "I understand the importance of maintaining the band's image, and I'm committed to ensuring that. But I also want to remind everyone that these guys are artists, and their music is what has brought them this far. Let's not forget that."

The room fell into a brief silence, the weight of Selena's words seemingly sinking in. The management team exchanged glances, taken aback by her unexpected defense of the band.
