Chapter 5
It was still dark when I awoke and Zepher was still asleep. I turned to face him, kissing him softly, his lips slowly started to move, leaving his eyes closed. He pulled me close, choosing that moment to open his groggy eyes. I sighed as he flipped me slowly on my back. His hands were lighting my body on fire, every kiss and caress made me shutter. He drew our remaining clothes away and kissed me softly.
“Is this alright?” he asked looking deep into my eyes. I nodded not knowing how to express what I was feeling. He slowly pushed into me and my mouth made a silent O. He kissed my neck as my body tensed, it hurt and he stopped waiting for the pain to sink away. My hands were on his back, holding him as close as I could get him. He kissed me then in a way he had never dreamed of him kissing me. It was soft but passionate, and with that he started to move inside of me, making my body fill with this light. With every movement it felt like it was all adding up in a hole inside my body, and finally at one last point the last drop filled it. My body that had been so tense suddenly erupted and a wonderful feeling flowed through every inch and crevice within my skin. He moved fast then his breathing becoming rapid. He was held above me, his hands fisted in the soft sheets. Then when I went over that edge one last time, he came with me, our bodies melted together in pleasure. He never stopped looking at me, not when he drew out or when he laid next to me. Not when I took a deep breath and closed my eyes to relax. The moment I opened them again his face was inches from mine, his blue eyes still intent on me. Looking into his amazing eyes, feeling his muscular arms wrapped around me, I knew it was time to say it.
“I love you Zepher.” It was a whisper that escaped, I felt him tense and pull me closer so our foreheads were touching.
“I love you Rayne.” Each of us smiled and my heart was fluttering. We held each other until the sun came up, the sky a brilliant blue. He groaned sitting up, and walking towards his dresser. He pulled on one of his loose robes, which all seemed to be blue, with the ornate gold decorations. He sat next to me on our bed, putting his crown on.
“So your no longer Zepher today, Your the King.” I said a smirk on my face.
“To you I am always Zepher.” he replied kissing my forehead softly. “I have to go and tend to some things, once you are dressed you can either call for a meal or go to the kitchen yourself.” He stated and I frowned, I wish I could just spend every instant of our lives alone and together. He grinned at me, I’m guessing he could read that emotion. I stood up to get dressed when he was exiting through the door. He looked back at me a gleam in his eye, a smirk on his face.
“I love you.” he said plainly and a goofy smile came across my own face.
“I love you too.” I replied sending him a little wave, he waved back closing the door behind him. I took a deep breath noticing the growing gap in my chest. “Two seconds away from him and you already missed him?” I said to myself pulling on a simple dress that hung tight to my curves. I didn’t bother to throw sandals on and just left the room. Time for this girl to explore.
What I did not account for was that the palace is huge. Each hallway seems to be exactly the same. The Elves were known for their memory, but mine apparently wasn’t very good. I soon found myself standing next to an arch way that lead out on a giant lawn. I walked through the arch cautiously, glancing around. There was vine on the marble that encircled the courtyard. In the middle of the courtyard there was a well. I sat on the edge of it, looking down and I heard foot steps coming up the old worn out brick pathway. I turned seeing the man Zepher addressed as father. His hair was black like Zephers but grey hair was mixed in. Their facial structure was very much the same, they absolutely had the same shape face. He had Zepher’s blue eyes, but something about them was different , and his lips were not as full. But unlike Zepher his hair was curly and cut to his shoulders, their eyebrows were different and his eyes nose and mouth seemed to sit lower on his face. A beard covered his jaw and was fairly long, and finally their build. Zepeher’s father was only a little bit taller than me while Zepher was a good foot and a half. I smiled at the man walking up to me and I stood.
