Jay's POV
How long is this going to take? Will is almost losing his mind as I can see that. "Thanks Ian, for bringing her here." I say to my sisters boyfriend who sits next me pale as a ghost. "Yeah sure." He says. After what feels like hours Connor finally enters the waiting room. "I'm sorry guys. During the scan she got an seizure and we weren't able to get her out the way we normally would. She is in a coma to reduce the seizures because they kept coming. We are gonna try to get her out as soon as her body calms down. We have figured what is going on with her stomache tho. Her liver completely broke down and is poisoning her body. We started dialysis and put her on the urgent list at the top for a transplant. She is at the intensive care right now." Connor explains. "Is she gonna be okay?" I ask and look at him and Will. "If she doesn't get a transplant soon... then it doesn't look good." He finally answers. "No." I say and sit back down. "You can get to her of course. But sorry bud only family is allowed." Connor says to Ian. The boy nods. "My dad is picking me up soon." He says. "We will get you updates as soon as we know more kid." Will says. Ian nods and walks off. Will and I follow Connor to the intensive care unit. I take a breath when we enter the room but break down when I see her laying there hooked up on all these machines. Will hugs me tight and we get closer. I grab her hand a plant a kiss on it. "Fight babygirl, we're here. Never leaving your side. Ever." I say.

A few days later

Will's POV
Jay and I have been staying with Sam non stop. Ofcourse why wouldn't we. We are her brothers. We have to protect her. Her situation hasn't changed in the past days. "I can't do this." Jay suddenly says. I look at him. "What do you mean?" I question. "I can't just keep sitting here and waiting for her to die! There is no donor. You are not a donor. I'm not a donor. We need to do something. We need to find a donor!" He exclaims. "Jay.. you know it is not easy to find one. She is top priority right now and that's all we have right now. We have to keep hope." I say. "I have been hoping for the past months! But she is getting sicker and sicker everyday! If we don't do anything she is going to die!" Jay gets frustrated.  "Calm down okay? We will find a donor." I say. Footsteps are coming our way. And they keep coming faster. "WE GOT A DONOR!" Connor bursts in the room. "There is a liver coming this way as we speak and it's a match with Sam. We checked everything and it looks like a perfect match! We have to get her prepped asap so we can start!" He continues. "You're serious?" I say. Connor nods. "I give you some time to say bye and then we go get her prepped." He adds and leaves us again. I look at Jay who looks a lot better than a few minutes back. "Okay Sammy. You're going to rock this surgery okay? And then when you wake up you look at two faces who are very very proud of you. So you ace this thingy and then come back to us okay?" I say and give her a kiss on her head. "Sam. I swear to god that I will need you to ace this surgery okay? 'Cause if you don't I will personally come get you got it? I love you babygirl. I need your happy face around me." He says and cries. Then the nurses get in and start getting Sam ready to move. "Are you ready?" One of them asks us. I nod and we let our sister go. "She's going to make it." I say to Jay. He slightly nods and we get to the waiting room. Jay is updating his team on what's happening. I'm sitting and sitting and sitting.  A few hours go by and Upton, Ruzek, Platt and Voight stopped to wait with us. Seven hours later the doors finally open. Connor steps out and his eyes find our group. "Well guys.."
