Mikey called us all to meet up at the shrine, although he never specified why.
"It's the coolest bike in Tokyo!" Baji claimed, while we were all stopped at the red light.
"It's the coolest in Tokyo, huh," Draken mocked. "Well, my Zephyr is the best in all of Japan."
"Nah, my Yamaha is definitely better than both of your buckets of bolts," Katsume snickered, with me on the back.
"Hey, hey, hey now," Mitsuya smiled. "You wanna talk shit like that, don't do it in front of me. My Impulse here is the best bike in the world, my friend. You're all thinking too small."
"Haha," Kazutora laughed, revving his engine. "What'd you guys even got worth fighting about when you're all stuck here on planet Earth. My Rocket's the best bike in the universe."
The guys continued to argue, as Mikey sleepily bobbed his head.
"Huh, I'm getting really sleepy," Mikey admitted, nodding off.
The light turned green, as Pah sped by.
"My CBX400F is the best of all!" Pah announced. "It's a race to the shrine!"
"Damn you!" Baji yelled, speeding up. "That's not a fair race!"
"That's cheating and you damn well know it, Pah!" Katsume retorted.
"We'll beat you there anyway!" I added.
"Last one there is gonna get their ass kicked!" Kazutora joked.
"Hey! What the hell are you doing falling asleep, Mikey?" Baji yelled, noticing that Mikey was fast asleep behind him. "Wake up! You're going to fall off, you dumbass! Mikey wake up!"
Thankfully, Mikey was still on the back of Baji's bike when we arrived at the shrine. Baji was the last one to arrive, so he had to carry Mikey up the steps.
"Thanks a lot for all the help," Baji sarcastically commented.
"Took you long enough," Kazutora said, facing the two.
"Ha looks like you're gonna get beat up, Baji," Katsume laughed.
"Well, it's not my fault he was dead asleep on my back the whole time passed out!" Baji argued.
"Excuses much?" I giggled.
"Yeah, pretty lame dude," Mitsuya added.
"Yeah, easy for you to say!"
Mikey picked his head up, looking around.
"Are we here?"
"So, what'd you want to talk to us about, Mikey?" Draken asked.
We all sat down, to start our little meeting.
"There's a gang called the Black Dragons," he started. "Heard of them?"
"Yeah, I've heard of them," Mitsuya answered. "I also heard that they're brutal as hell. Three years older than us."
Kazutora seemed to look uneasy.
"Why didn't you come and talk to us, Kazutora?" Mikey questioned. "Instead, I had to hear it from Baji. You've been fighting the Black Dragons all on your own."
"What!" Mitsuya shouted.
"Kazutora got into it with the Black Dragons, no way!" I gasped.
