Hope Back in Time

Chapter 4

Author's Note: Sorry for the long wait I have had a hard time 1 finding time to write and 2 finding the motivation to write. I have 3 more chapter that should come fairly quickly after this one but after that it might sporadic. Again sorry I am trying to write more for this story hopefully it starts coming easier soon.

Nik just woke up and feels a weight on his chest. He smiles when he sees Sara and remembers last night and their first time together after telling each other they love each other for the first time as well. Nik lays there for about 5 minutes before Sara starts to wake up. "You're staring." Sara says.

"I'm admiring theirs a difference." Nik says before giving Sara a kiss. "I love you." Nik says.

Sara smiles "I love you too and I hate to get up right now but I really have to go to the bathroom." Sara says while lightly laughing.

Nik is chuckling as she is getting up until he notices a birthmark on Sara's shoulder. The exact same one that Hope has and that only someone with Labonair blood has. He knows that he isn't blood related to her since that is Hope's moms side of the family but they would still technically be family to him. He doesn't remember Hope having any other family from her mother's side. He needs to talk to Hope about this and Sara but Hope first because they are really family now.

He is still spacing out thinking about this when Sara comes back and snaps him out of it when she talks. "So what is the plan today? Do you have to do anything today or are we hanging out all day?" Sara asks.

"I would love nothing more than to be here with you all day but we are having a family day today. And Hope would kick my ass if I missed it or was late." Nik says with a laugh at the end.

Sara laughs and shakes her head "Ya she would. I love the relationship you and her have. Most cousins aren't as close as you two are." Sara says curious if he will say any reason they are so close.

Nik smiles "Hope is my favorite person. You know how much older she actually is to me so I see her more as an older sister than a cousin. I looked up to her growing up. She was always teaching me magic and playing with me. We would always create prank spells and perform them on our family. She's my best friend." Nik says voice filled with love for his cousin.

"I wish I had a sibling or someone like that growing up. You better get going so Hope doesn't kill you." Sara says with a laugh.

Nik rolls his eyes "Okay I will see you later. I love you." Nik says pulling Sara into a kiss before leaving as Sara says 'I love you too.'

As soon as Nik gets home he yells out "Hope I need to talk to you."

As soon as he says that Hope vamp speeds in as well as Keelin carrying Freya. "I said I need to talk to Hope. I will tell you guys after but this is something she needs to hear first." Nik says to his moms.

"Okay honey you just made us nervous when you yelled thats all." Keelin says softly as she and Freya go back to what they were doing.

Nik and Hope up to his room and Nik puts up a silencing spell. "Okay what has you so nervous to tell me Nik?" Hope asks.

"So this morning I saw something crazy and important about Sara." Nik says not really knowing how to start.

Hope smirks "Oh did you finally lose your virginity last night Nikky. I'm so proud of you." Hope says teasingly.

Nik rolls his eyes "Shut up Hope you know I lost it a while ago. No what I was saying was I saw the same birthmark you have on the back of her shoulder just like you do." Nik says seriously.

Hope quickly becomes serious "Are you sure Nik? Like 100% because this is huge if you are." Hope asks.

"I am 100 percent sure Hope. I wouldn't mess with you about this." Nik says.
