Thanks to all my Readers for getting me over a million reads! To celebrate I'm going to upload the new, edited,  longer chapters so enjoy!

There are lots of girls at Sherwood High. We far outnumber the guys, making it near impossible to find a date for prom. No one feels bad for us though. See, our school is ‘special’ and ‘honored’. In the sprawling nation of Adamar, people flock to our state and area; because our country is a little unique. You remember how big it was when the royal wedding happened in England? Well when our prince gets married it’s an even bigger deal especially because the girl he marries always, always comes from Sherwood High. For some strange reason, The current Queen always has three sons close in age. We’re a very superstitious people and so because of this tradition and all the whispers of magic we have continued to have a ceremony once all those boys come of age. Those boys, the three princes, come to our school to find the next Queen. They’ll meet all the girls but they always have this one special feeling about one girl that they meet. They say the Royal family is magical and that’s why they test this girl that they felt strongly about.

No one outside of that secret circle of royalty knows what it is; they say it’s so no girl can try to cheat their way past it. It’s for the royal family’s-nay, the country’s-protection that this test remains secret. This test, that’s rumored to be so difficult, or so foolproof, that only the true Queen can pass. Like there can only be one girl in every generation that’s able to be Queen. That’s what we used to believe anyways. Most people view it now as a fun tradition that keeps the Government close to the common people. There are some countries and people that are skeptical and whisper about Adamar being a ‘country ruled by a cult’. But we Adamarians love it; because you might have been wondering, “Wait, there are three boys and one girl, how does that work?” That’s where things get interesting. You see, once that girl has passed their test and proved herself, she has to choose among the princes, who she thinks should be King.

There is a huge betting around what girl will be picked, what dates they’ll go on, if she’ll kiss any of them. And most importantly who she’ll choose. It’s like a nationwide reality show, except the Palace tries to keep things as private as possible. The media does a good job of sneaking and pictures and sometimes they’re able to get an interview with one of the sons or the chosen girl, but they’re heavily edited and the Palace does a full investigation of the magazine or TV show. Some of my friends have toured the palace and told me how heavy security is and don’t even think about catching a glimpse of one of the royals, maybe a duchess or Lady if you’re lucky.

It’s a little curious but I’d never given it much thought. I didn’t like reality shows or drama. I was never into politics or celebrity gossip, I didn’t even know the Princes names, let alone what they looked liked.  I only went to the school because it was my district, unlike half of the girls whose mothers pushed them into going here. Some kids make an hour commute to get there. When the Son’s came it was random, they let the faculty know two weeks before so they could do security and everything but they only let the students and public know a week before. No heads up before that, No saying when the Son’s were ‘ready’ or anything.  It was mysterious and random and I didn’t like that so I didn’t pay attention. I didn’t expect for them to come , I didn’t expect to see them, and I did not expect them to choose me.
