POV: Addison
The movie was really good so far. I was enjoying it. It had my entire focus.
That is, until I felt something warm touch my hand. My left one.
I bit my lip as I glanced over at Ross. He was trying to hold my hand..?
He took his hand and grabbed mine as he slowly laced our fingers together. So much for trying to avoid him.
I felt my cheeks heat up and my heart beat as I tried to focus on the movie again. It was difficult.
I looked to my right only to see that Ellington had his arm around Rydel and Rydel had her head rested on Ellington's chest. Aw, how adorable.
I looked to my left again as I looked at Ross, his complete focus was on the movie.
I faced the screen again as I rubbed my thumb against Ross' and I scooted just a bit closer to him. I glanced at him once more and caught him smiling some before he turned his head to look at me. I smiled back and I turned my head to focus on the movie that was still playing.

The movie soon ended and the lights came back on. Everyone stood up from their seats and began to stretch. I let go of Ross' hand before standing up and stretching as well.
"Addy, you've read the books, right?" Rocky asked me as him and Ryland walked towards me and Ross. I nodded, "Please tell me what happens?"
I smiled cheekily, "This is why you should read, Rocky." I giggled as he groaned and we followed everyone else out of the screening room.
So, that whole thing with Ross. What was that even about? I knew I shouldn't have came. I knew it. I'm seriously going to start avoiding him. Like, not even talking to him. I have to get over him.

When Jaelynne and I got home that night, she immediately started attacking me with questions.
"Addy, I saw you and Ross. Do you like eachother? Are you together? Are you in the "in-liking" stage?" She asked me all these things.
I laughed some, "Jae, calm down. Ross and I are just friends. Besides, I saw you and Riker." I smirked at her.
She blushed softly and said, "We're just friends. All we did was hold hands."
"Yeah, but it's so obvious that you like eachother." I laughed a bit. "Anyway, goodnight." I told her before walking upstairs to my bedroom.
"Night." I heard her say to me.
I quickly changed into my pajamas and brushed my teeth and such before grabbing The Maze Runner book and began to read from where I left off.
I'm not even gonna talk to Ross much anymore. I need to completely avoid him. That's what I'm gonna do.

*AN: wow.. So, what did you guys think? Do you think Ross will notice that she's going to avoid him? How will that effect them? Tell me what you guys think.*
