POV: Addison
Ross just kept his smile plastered onto his face. I decided to finally give in and hug him.
He hugged me back, tightly. His strong arms- Whoa, Addy. Stop. He's your best friend. He's still Ross Lynch.
"Well, we'll let you two catch up. Come on, Ry." Rydel said before her Ryland both headed downstairs, leaving Ross and I alone.
"So, do you wanna come in?" Ross asked me as he scratched the back of his neck and messed with his hair a little bit.
... That was hot. Ugh, why is he hot? How did he get hot?
I smiled softly at him, "Sure." Ross moved out of the way and he let me inside his room. I looked around and realized there were two beds in there.
"Ryland and I share this room. Rocky and Riker share another. And Rydel has one to herself." Ross explained to me as he closed the bedroom door.
I nodded, "That makes sense." I turned around to look at him, "Can I say something?" He nodded. "Alright, I'm gonna come out and say it. You, got hot, Ross. You got really hot." I laughed softly after that sentence came out.
He blushed a little and chuckled, "Thanks. And as long as we're admitting things here, you got pretty hot, as well."
I felt my cheeks heat up and I widened my eyes, "Thanks..." Is he kidding? I'm a potato.
"Welcome." He smiled brightly at me. That's something I love about Ross, he always tries to make things not be awkward.
I glanced around the room and my eyes landed on a guitar, "You play?" I asked him as I pointed at the guitar. He nodded and grabbed the guitar and began to strum some chords. He was really good. When he finished, he put the guitar back down as I smiled at him, "You're really good."
"Thanks. I actually play rhythm guitar in my band, so." He explained, proudly.
Confusion took over me, "... Band?"
He laughed a little, "You haven't heard of us, have you?" I slowly shook my head. "Me, Riker, Rocky and Rydel are all in a band together with our friend, Ratliff. We're called R5. We're not that well known, but we're working on it."
"R5 huh? I'll have to check it out." I smiled widely. He smiled back as we heard their mother, Stormie, call everyone down for dinner.
Ross opened the door, letting me go out first when I bumped into Rocky. The only Lynch kid I haven't seen all day.
"Hey! There's my koala!" Rocky exclaimed as he pulled me into a hug.
I giggled as I hugged him back, "And you're still my sloth." He smiled and messed with my hair as he headed downstairs, and I followed him down.
Okay let me just say, all of the Lynches got extremely attractive. Puberty did well on all of them.
Anyway, as I followed Rocky in the kitchen, I was immediately attacked in a hug from Stormie.
"Addison! Hi darling, how are you?" She asked me, kindly. Stormie has always been a sweetheart.
I giggled, "I've been great, thankyou!" She smiled before going to hug my sister who just entered the kitchen.
Mark saw me and hugged me. Of course, I hugged him back.
"Hey, Addy. How's it going?" He asked me with a smile.
"It's going good, thanks!" I replied before taking a seat at the table, which was next to Rydel.
"This is going to be so fun, Addy. You and Jae are living next door again!" She exclaimed as Ross took a seat on the other side of me.
I nodded while smiling, "I know! This is great."
~
Having dinner with the Lynches was great. Everyone was in a good mood. Everyone kept smiling and joking around, laughing. It was just amazing and it gave me a warm feeling.
After dinner, people started going their separate ways. Stormie and Mark and my parents were all hanging out in the kitchen, Jaelynne, Riker, Rydel, and Rocky were all upstairs, and Ross, Ryland and I were all hanging out in the living room.
We were currently all sitting on the couch while watching High School Musical.
"We make eachother strong. We're not the same, we're different in a good way. Together is where we belong. We're all in this together..." I sang along with the song that was being performed on the television.
Ross and Ryland looked at me like I was crazy. So, I stopped the singing and said, "I get it. I can't sing."
"It's not that. You actually know this song?" Ryland questioned.
"Yeah, of course I do. Who doesn't know this song?" I asked. Ross and Ryland both raised their hands, "You guys are losers."
"Says the one singing a High School Musical song." Ross commented.
I lightly shoved him, "Shush. I have an inner child and I'm proud of it."
"We can tell." Ryland said as the credits soon came onto the screen.
"Ooh, what's coming on next? High School Musical 2?" I asked.
Ryland checked and said, "Nope. Austin & Ally. It's Ross' fave."
Ross smiled a little and I said, "Oh! And I'm the child here? You have a favorite Disney show!"
Ross laughed a little, "It's not exactly my favorite, but you'll see why Ry said that in a minute."
I just shook my head as I returned my focus back to the television.
And... I almost screamed when I saw Ross show up on the show. And the other people were calling him Austin.
When the theme song came on, I slowly turned my head only to see Ross smirking a bit, "You're an actor?" I questioned.
Ross nodded then started singing along with the theme song, "There's no way I could make it without ya, do it without ya, be here without ya!"
