Chapter 10

We get to the hospital and I run straight to Johnnys room ponyboy right beside me and Dally on the other side of me. I look over and I see dally smiling for the first time. I look over to pony boy and also see him smiling. I grab both of there hands and start to run faster . We get yelled things like. "NO RUNNING" or "WALK PLEASE" which just makes us run faster.

We finally make it to Johnnys room and before we enter we all catch our breaths. (Not me about to lowkey cry why did I do this to myself)

We enter Johnnys room and he's laying there how he was before. "Oh Johnny" I whisper in a sad tone catching pony's attention pulling me into a tight side hug. "Hey johnny it's dally" dally said walking over to johnny. "H-Hey man I-is b-bean and p-pony he-here" he asks. "Yeah man there here" dally said looking at us then back to johnny. I make my way over to johnny and do what I did before. I slide under so I can see Johnnys face. "Y-You're s-still s-so beautiful e-even wi-with bl-blood on y-your f-face" he said giving me a small smile. "You're still handsome" I said leaning up to give him a long passionate kiss. Something in me told me to make this one last. Making me feel like this is the last time I'll kiss him, or see him, even feel him. I lean down just staring at him as he's doing the same. "I love you some much Johnny so so so much" I said. "I l-love you 10x more Y/n" I smile and put my hand up to his cheek rubbing it while smiling as he leans into it. I lean up to give him another kiss and I get up from my spot to stand next to Dally and pony. " I now know what that poem means pony" Johnny said. "Yeah and what does it mean man" pony boy asks going and taking one of his hands. " I-it means to do g-good in any s-situation and a-always d-do the right t-thing no m-matter how h-hard it c-can be s-stay gold ponyboy stay gold" he says as his heart monitor makes that loud noise indicating his heart stopped beating. "Johnny.... Johnny come on man" Dally said shaking him. "Johnny NO JOHNNY NO DONT LEAVE ME PLEASE I LOVE YOU I NEED YOU JOHNNY NO PLEASE COME BACK NO ..... SOMEONE HELP NOW PLEASE SAVE HIM SOMEONE" I scream out into the hallway as nurses and doctors flood the room. Dally walks out leaving me and pony boy standing there crying with each other.

That's the last time I seen to Johnny cade. That's the last time I'll ever kiss his lips. That's the last time he'll call me beautiful. He lived his 16 years of life being loved by me and by the gang. Having is two best friends by his side. Having his girlfriend when he needed me. Living a hero to those 8 kids. No one will ever forget the one and only Johnny cade, a greaser, a friend, a son, a boyfriend, and a family member to the gang.

Me and pony where giving the information that he was in fact dead and that we should go home and make some calls. Which is what we did. That walk home was longer than any other walk. It was silent other than the few sniffles you hear from us crying or the "are you alright" question getting asked a few times . We don't know where dally was and as a matter of fact me and pony boy didn't really care.

"Hey pony boy I'm going to go to the store to get tissues do you need anything" I asked he said no and gave me a hug. "Please be careful Y/n" he said looking straight into my eyes. "I will ponyboy" I said starting to walk in the direction of the store.

I get to the store and see dally there looking at some magazines. "Hey dal" I said walking over to him. "Hey Y/n" he said not looking up. "Hey are you guys going to buy something" the man behind the counter asked. dally picked up a magazine and started to rip the pages as I went to go find tissues. "Hey you have to pay for that" the man behind the counter said as dally walked up to him. I walked up to see what was happening when Dally pulled out a gun. "Wow hey dally" I said putting me hands up as he points it at me and then at the man. "Give me all the money" he said to the cashier. The Cashier did as he was instructed and gave him all the money.

Dally ran as I followed him. He stopped at a phone and I'm guessing he called the house. Dally was on the move again. I counted to follow him until we got to the park. I hear the police and I see them get out starting to shoot dally. I emerged from the bushes running to Dally. "DONT SHOOT" I yell putting my hands up in surrender. I run to Dally putting his head in my lap. "Bean....." he starts to say but gets cut of. "DALLY" I scream in pain. he just died in my lap. "DALLY DONT LEAVE ME TOO" I yelled as everyone came and pulled me away soda pony and Darry pulled me in a bear hug not letting go. Johnny and dally just left me in this twisted FUCKED up world.
