Chapter 3

Darry's pov
"Where's beans" I ask Johnny,pony, and two-bit. "She said she was coming home because these two bone-heads decided to sit in front of her and left her behind" two-bit told me hitting pony and Johnny in the back of the head receiving Ows from the two. "Well she's not back yet" I told the three and they all share a concern look. " ARE YOU CRAZY DO YOU NOT THINK ANYMORE PONY THATS YOUR TWIN FOR CRYING OUT LOUD" I yell while wiping sweat off my forehead. "I KNOW ALL RIGHT I KNOW YOU THINK IM HAPPY ABOUT HER MISSING WELL IM NOT IM SCARED OUT OF MY FUCKING MIND...what if she got jumped Darry" pony said looking at me with sadness in his eyes. I walk over to him and give him a quick but sweet hug.  The gang was about to leave when we heard the front door slam.

Y/N POV

I walk through the front door and let it slam. I hear foot steps coming from all directions. "Bean" I hear johnny whisper in sadness when he sees my beat up body. Everyone in the gang makes there way to me I would be lying if I said they weren't mad at who ever did this. "Everyone just calm down I'm alright" I said putting my hands up walking to the bathroom. "Bean you don't look alright" Darry said grabbing my should he felt me flinch and moved his arm. "You don't think I don't know that I have a busted eye bruises all over my god damn body blood coming from my face and legs and you tell me that I don't look alright" I said making everyone  shut up. I turn to the bathroom and close the door letting it slam. I look at myself in the mirror and was about to grab a wash cloth before I heard a knock on the door. I open the door to see pony and johnny looking at the ground waiting for me to let them in. I move out of the way as the enter the bathroom. "I'm so sorry bean I didn't know I swear if I knew there wasn't any seats I would of stayed back I swear don't be mad at me" johnny said pulling me into a nice tight hug. "Johnny, it's alright it's not your fault" I said holding his cheek as he hold my hand. "Bean do you want to tell us who did this to you we swear we won't tell anyone right Johnny" pony boy said looking at me then to Johnny than back to me. "Yeah yeah I promise" he said sitting on the bath tub ledge(do you know what I'm talking about I hope so idk how to explain it). "Well it was bob, and randy they were mad you were sitting with them girls and they took their anger out on me" I said simply getting the wash cloth wet and washing away the blood it didn't take long for the cloth to turn a bright red but eh it's fine.

"Goodnight pony Goodnight bean" soda said as he turned the light off to go to sleep. "Soda how do you know if you're in love" I asked him. I asked him because he has a girlfriend Sandy but I mean all the girls in this town want my older brother so he really had a wide selection and choose her out of everyone. "What are you talking about bean who are you in love with" soda asked. To be honest I'm not sure if I love love Johnny like how mom loved dad but I know I for sure have deep feelings for him UGH why is love complicated. " I don't know I'm just asking how do you know" I said again not wanting to say Johnny. "Well they will make your heart skip a beat when you see them it's like you can't breath, then you will get sweaty just by thinking about them, and when you see them or even think of them you will turn red" he said simply looking at the ceiling that what all 3 of us were doing. "Oh okay good to know" I said Turing to the side looking at the wall. I eventually drift off the sleep replaying the conversation in my head.

The next day

Me, Johnny and pony were walking and talking when we made our way to where mine and pony's brother works. The DX we get there and we already see girls checking him out "it's only 7:30Am and he already has girls drooling over him" I said looking at my watch then at the two boys laughing. I push my way threw the girl when one stoped me. "Hey girl you're going to have to wait like the rest of us soon soda is going to fall in love with me he would never choose you" she said trying to be mean but I just laugh in her face moving around her rolling my eyes. "quite the crowd you have Pepsi cola" I said leaning on the gas pump. "Yeah they just won't leave, this girl keeps buying gum just for me to talk to her" he said shaking his head. "Oh she's getting another pack" he says throwing his hands in the air and letting them drop. "Damn no one coming to see you Stevey" I said giving him a little side hug Steve only let me call him stevey he didn't let anyone else and we kind of thought it was funny. "Naw it's fine some will come and find me" He said eyeing a girl. "Uh yeah sure" pony said patting his shoulder. "Johnnycakes you okay" Steve asked noticing Johnny hasn't said a word at all. "Huh What oh yeah I'm fine"He said doing the smile that takes my breath away. he looks at me and we make eye contact making my palms sweaty. And he looks from my eyes to my lips making me blush. Wait this reminds me of. "DAMN IT SODA" I yell walking away from the DX.From that moment I knew I loved Johnny Cade.
