Sanemis and yukos eyes widened. It couldn't be possible. " What do you mean ?! Nee-san doesn't have much time left ?! Why not ?! Can't y'all find a cure ?! " yelled yuko. Muichiro patted her shoulder so she could calm down because the kids were asleep.

" Yuko-kun..what I mean is..[ your name ]-chan doesn't have much left alive "

" What the fuck ?! You said you could find a cure ?! Where's tamayo ! Yushiro ?! What about them ?! " sanemi yelled. After all this years of fighting to love a peace life, this bullshit were his wife is about to die of some illness can't happen. Not now. Not never.

" Tamayo-san and yushiro already checked her. There is no cure for the type of illness she has. Tamayo-san already took blood samples to see how much left she has " shinobu explained. Yuko handed kyoko to muichiro and got closer to shinobu, facing her. Sanemi just paced out. He fell backwards getting caught by tengen and kyojuro. Mitsuri was having a panic attack because of the pregnancy so obanai took her out of the room.

Gyomei simply prayed for [ your name ] and giyuu just stared at what had happened. He went to sanemis side to comfort him.

A/N: Sanemi and obanai apologized to giyuu and they all became a trio :D [ your name ] and mitsuri convinced them :)

" What do you fucking mean ?! How come they can find a cure for fucking demons but can't for a stupid illness ?! " she yelled out.

" Because it's not the same ! A demon and illness is completely different ! " shinobu yelled back. Everyone was shocked because they have never seen shinobu yell not even in the final battle. I guess people really change.

" Even if they do find a cure it will not be no different. [ your name ]'s body is already weak and can't continue any longer. Even if she is cured she will still die because of the weakness of her body " yuko slapped shinobu. ( shinobu didn't expect it )

" My sister is not weak. Don't underestimate her " she cried out. Muichiro grabbed yuko and pulled her away. Shinobu just looked at her and sighed. Everyone was silent until shinobu broke it.

" I know how you feel yuko-kun. I know
[ your name ] isn't weak. But it's not her. It's the illness that made  her weak. Yushiro even considered putting her to sleep because she is suffering. She yells every day and night out of pain. I don't want her to be in pain anymore " she said. Yuko just let her tears fall down her face and hugged shinobu whispering a quick ' sorry '.

Everyone stood silent. They didn't dare to speak. Shinobu also broke down crying along with yuko and hugged her back. Muichiro just kept patting yuko on her back comforting her. Sanemi also started crying while hugging his son.

The rest could only keep silent and comfort them.

Weeks passed and [ your name ] was slowly getting worse and worse. Her skin was getting pale everyday, her lips weren't pink-tinted anymore, she couldn't move, she couldn't talk that much, she couldn't eat or drink that well and she always had coughing attacks.

Sanemi and yuko would take turns in staying the night with her. Mostly sanemi would stay the whole day but he also goes back home and switches with yuko not to rest but to see his kids. Since they were little they weren't aloud in the room. Plus they didn't want them to see their mother like that.

Everyone they knew ( kamaboko squad, butterfly girls and tengens wifes ) would come to visit
[ your name ] frequently.

Sanemi always wondered what would he tell the kids. Shinobu had told them that [ your name ] doesn't have long and that there was no cure either. How was he going to live on without his wife ? No matter what he will never let his kids down and protect them.

Sanemi was walking back and forth waiting for shinobus response. She had called everyone that [ your name ] was having an attack. Not just a normal attack.

Yuko tried comforting sanemi but who could blame him, she also was worried and scared. Mitsuri stayed with the kids along with tengens wife and senjuro.

That's when shinobu came out, tears stained in her cheek. She took a shaky deep breath and finally made eye contact with sanemi. Yuko went besides him and squeezed his shoulder, trying to comfort him at least a bit. Which he was grateful for.

" It's time..[ your name ] has one hour left before she..dies.. " she whispered. Sanemis and yukos widened. They couldn't believe that their precious [ your name ] was going to leave them in about 1 hour. How was this possible ? Why are the gods so cruel ? They didn't know.

" Call kanroji to bring the kids " sanemi whispered and gently pushed [ your name e] asked, entering his wife's room to see her for the last time. Forever.

" Hey.. " his voice cracked. He tried so hard not to cry so he could be there for his kids and yuko. But he just couldn't let it in. [ your name ] weakly smiled at him and just stared, trying to say something but nothing came out of her dry and sore throat.

" Why [ your name ]..why..didn't you say anything about being sick ? " he asked her, placing his big and rough hands into her cold and soft cheek. Gently rubbing it with his thumb. She kept smiling weakly at him.

" Because..I..didn't..want to..hurt..you " she managed to whisper out. There was a knock and both of them slowly looked over at the door which was opened by shinobu.

" They are here " she whispered out. [ your name ] nodded and sanemi just kept looking at shinobu not moving his hand that was on [ your name ]'s cheek.

The married couple saw three little kids walk in. Mitsuri who was crying right behind him. Shinobu closed the door once everyone came in. It was very crowded but [ your name ] didn't mind. She loved that they were there for her. Her last moments.

" Mommy.. " the three triplets whispered out wanting to cry. [ your name ] weakly smiled at them and gave each of them a head pat. Mitsuri along with yuko, tengens wifes and shinobu were crying. The guys were there to support them. Sanemi hasn't left [ your name ]'s side.

He was scared to let go. He didn't want to let go.

But he knew he had to.

Everyone talked with [ your name ] patiently since she couldn't talk much then stayed quiet so she could hang out with her kids, husband and sister for the very last time.

1 minute. She had 1 minute left.

" Come here..my..children.. " she whispered lowly. The triples came to her side and sanemi lifted them up to the bed. Sanemi hugged her and his kids while she just smiled.

" Be good to daddy.. " she whispered. Sanemi finally let a tear fall down before closing his eyes. He could feel her slip away from his hands. Her body was turning cold. Very cold.

" Okay m-mommy..we will be good to d-daddy " yoshi cried out and the other twins nodded their head crying as well. They didn't know what was happening but they were sad. She kept smiling and closed her eyes.

And with that the machine that told them her best best stopped.

A line was all that they saw.

Sanemi just hugged her and his kids closer. Everyone shed a tear and left the room with the kids.

Leaving sanemi crying alone. They knew he wanted to be alone.

Just with her. One last time.
