Even though they are fighting some demon while traveling they also have a happy time while traveling and Kagome and Sesshomaru's found out that the two of we're fated mate accidentally when Sesshomaru got hurt while fighting some strong demon, so Kagome help him treat his injury and that's when she saw the same birth mark in Sesshomaru's chest...

After the two of them know that they were fated mate Sesshomaru start to care more about Kagome and sometimes he(Sesshomaru) would also get jealous when Kagome encounter that Koga guy and talk to him (Koga), and when that guy act like Kagome and him(Koga) are close...

They search high and low for Naraku's hideout after two weeks of searching they finally found his hideout location. Naraku was hiding in a the mountain that have a barrier around it. Before Sesshomaru and Kagome go back to the mountain were Naraku was hiding they left Rin in Sesshomaru's place so she won't get hurt, a week before they found Naraku's hideout they also found out that Kagome was a fox daiyokai when she was practicing normal arrow with her fox form, Sesshomaru cought her practicing before dawn, so she explain everything that happens to him...
They continue to Naraku's hideout to recover the remaining sacred jewel from Naraku's hand before he use it to do something evil, on the way there they meet Inuyasha and the others.
When Inuyasha notice Sesshomaru he yell asking why he there "WHAT THE HECK! WHY ARE YOU HERE?!"
Sesshomaru answer "Why 'dear' brother? Am I not allowed here." mockingly.
Inuyasha was irritated when he heard 'dear' in his answer, but before he could complain, Kagome cut in...
"You two!.. Can you stop mocking each other!!..It's getting on my nerves!" Kagome said almost yelling..
Sesshomaru and Inuyasha looked at Kagome...
"What!?... can you two stop staring."
Kagome said while glaring at the two.
"But 'love', you're so 'beautiful' that i cant help but stare at you" Sesshomaru said and hug Kagome who's turning red, from embarrassed ment..
*WHAT THE!!?...Did Sesshomaru just said 'love' and 'beautiful' to Kagome!!..are they in a relationship or something...* They all thought except Inuyasha, who's so shock that his jaw was drop and can't react.
It took sometime for Inuyasha to process what happened, then he remembered that Sesshomaru called Kagome 'love' and 'beautiful'...
"What did you just called Kagome!?" Inuyasha yelled looking for answer from Sesshomaru...
"Why? Am I not allowed to called my 'wife to be' 'love' and 'beautiful'? "Sesshomaru said while looking at Inuyasha with a smirk..
"WHAT!? WHAT DO YOU MEAN 'WIFE TO BE'" Inuyasha yelled at Sesshomaru, then Kagome cut in to break the two before they start fighting "OK THAT'S ENOUGH!! Were here to fight Naraku not for the two to fight, save your energy for later, you don't want to lose right?".
When Kagome said that the of them stop fighting since what Kagome said was true, they didn't want to lose the fight between Naraku, they want revenge for all the things Naraku did and to all the life that he stole from the innocent people..
They have to make a plan to break the barrier and get inside " So..what's the plan Kagome?" Sango ask "I'm still thinking,...if any of you had an idea on to break the barrier say it now so we can make a plan.." Kagome said.
"Well, I'm thinking that there might a secret opening in the barrier since we saw some of Naraku's minions enter and leave the barrier without trouble" Miroku said..
"If what you said was right, then it's not impossible to enter the barrier, but how do we find the opening in the barrier...and that's not all there's also a possibility that's it's all a trick that Naraku use" Kagome said.
"If it's all Naraku's trick, then I can just break the barrier using wind scar" Inuyasha said.
"That won't work Inuyasha the barrier are stronger than it looks. Do you guys have more ideas? What about you Sesshomaru? your not saying anything" .
"Well you see, I've been thinking that if the barrier is built with evil demonic power and unpurified energy, then why not use your sacred arrow since it can purified any un pure energy easily, and beside you've been training hard, so I know that your sacred arrow are more powerful that before" Sesshomaru said.
"What lord Sesshomaru said was right Kagome, you can purified any un pure energy with your sacred arrow, it will work I know it" Shippo said.
"Then it settled, I use my sacred arrow to weakend the barrier, and let Inuyasha use wind scare to make a hole in the barrier so we can enter."Kagome said...
They begin to do their plan to break the barrier, first Kagome used the sacred arrow and focus all the pure energy in her arrow to make it more powerful, second she fuse a little bit of her daiyokai power to make the in pack more powerful, third she focus all her strength on the bow before she fire the arrow.
When Kagome fire the sacred arrow it when it successfully collide with the barrier it and create a big explosion from the impact, when the explosion subside, the barrier weakend, so it's time for Inuyasha to use his wind scare. After that finish there's a small hole enough for them to go through.
