The moment Jimin and Jungkook entered the cafeteria, six pairs of eyes landed on them instantly.

The atmosphere was so tense that even Jungkook straightened up slightly.

Namjoon – Where were you, Jungkook?

Jin – Do you have any idea how worried we were?

Jungkook lowered his head slightly.

Jungkook – Sorry, hyung. I was still in class.

Jin – Doing what exactly?

Taehyung groaned dramatically.

Taehyung – Hyung, that's too many questions. He's alive, isn't he? Leave him alone.

Jin slowly turned toward Taehyung.

Jin – Do you want to die today?

Taehyung immediately sat properly.

Jin sighed and finally relaxed a little.

Jin – Fine. Everyone eat before the food gets cold.

Jin grabbed a napkin and threw it at him.

Jin – You brat.

Everyone laughed softly as the tension finally disappeared.

After sitting down, Jungkook noticed something strange.

The cafeteria was unusually quiet today.

Too quiet.

But today... almost everyone was whispering instead.

Jungkook looked around in confusion.

Jungkook – Why is it so quiet today?

Taehyung raised an eyebrow.
