Chapter 5

Chris 

I couldn't stop thinking about Olivia that I would zone out whenever someone was talking to me, she consumed my every thought and it kind of hurt since I didn't get the chance to know more of her. Today was the day that I was putting together a routine with my dance crew, every last one of them all over the years of me starting my career for my video "Summer Too Hot" but I couldn't focus at all, all I saw was Olivia's face, her smile, the way she tucked her hair behind her ear, her soft voice, her being shy, the way she walked and how she stared at me. I didn't understand what was happening to me when we only spent 2 hours together. I've been looking everywhere on social media for her but the name Symone gave me on instagram wasn't even popping up it was like it disappeared completely or like Symone told me I could've got blocked before I could got the chance to slide into her DMs haha. But in all seriousness why would she block me when I didn't do anything to her? Doesn't matter though she'll unfortunately become a distant memory if I can find a way to erase her from my mind. We were finishing up rehearsal for my video when I got a message request on instagram that came to my watch.

"Aye hold up let's take a 10 minute break"-I said grabbing my phone

"10 minutes I just got everything down, lets get it done"-Devon

"Man I'm sweating like a donkey right now we can take a break"-Timor

"Bro you dripping sweat all over my Jays and you want to keep going it's hot as fuck"-I said laughing

"Yeah lets take a 10"-Devon said laughing

I grabbed a bottle of water and sat on the floor going through my phone when I clicked on the message request. It had a picture of someone hiding their face with a blue bush as the main photo, I usually don't bother to view my messages but something told me to accept the request. When I did a message instantly popped up.

"Hey Chris, its Olivia. I know that I left in a rush the other day but I had matters to attend to. I hope that you can forgive me and we can hang out when you're free. I'll tell you everything you want to know. This is my private account that nobody knows about if you're wondering my other account was hacked. Don't hesitate to contact me."-Bluehairedliv

My heart dropped and I read the message about 1,000 times in my head. I couldn't stop smiling, was God really on my side?  

"Why you cheesing so hard?"-Taylor

"Nothing just feeling good, lets finish what we started"-I said turning the music on

We rehearsed all day that it was dark outside until everybody was in sync, I grabbed my keys and walked outside to my car. I wanted so bad to see Olivia but it was 2 am in the morning,  I clicked on the message and hit the microphone to reply as I started driving.

"I know it's late for my reply back but I wouldn't mind that at all and yeah we gotta get you outta that shyness because I know deep down you be lit as fuck haha you can meet me at my art studio tomorrow just slide through when you're ready. Look forward to seeing you beautiful"-Chris

I probably sound cheesy as fuck on this message but it was too late it was already sent and it wasn't any point in doing it again because I was driving and two I didn't want to seem like a fucking weirdo. I pulled up in front of my crib and turned the car off to just sit there enjoying the summer breeze. 

"Hey Chris, it's not too late for your reply I usually be up this late staring at the stars so I can keep my mind at ease. Also I like painting the sky at a time like this"-Olivia

"So you're a painter? That's one thing that I didn't know about you. You got beauty and you're talented wow."-Chris

"Yes I am but I've been slacking on my artwork lately due to some circumstances. Anyway I can't wait to see your art studio. You're a talented artist and would love for you to teach me how to spray paint."-Olivia

"Oh wow so no thank you to the compliment"-I teased

"Sorry thank you Mr. Brown"-She said with a laughing emoji

"But it'll be my pleasure to teach you what I know, you just gotta be willing and ready to get your beautiful self dirty. I mean I think it'll be nice if you the only one that call me that"-I said with a winking emoji after

"Dirty oh no haha I can handle anything promise you. Nah it makes you sound old, it's funny that people call you that though."-Olivia

"Whatever you say ma'am, but it's due to respect I guess"-I said with a shrugging emoji

"Oh you think you're funny but I'll talk to you later, get some rest and we'll meet later?"-Olivia

"Nah I'm no comedian but I can make you laugh a little, same to you beautiful and of course how about you meet me at 10 am. Unless you need some beauty sleep"-Chris

"Uh huh and I'm an early bird so it's no problem at all. See you at 10 sir"-She said and a picture of her winking came through

"Damn I got a picture of you and I didn't have to ask you? See you at 10, hope you act the same when you see me because you was shy as fuck when we was at the restaurant"-I said with a thinking face emoji

"Have a good night Chris"-She said with a blushing emoji

"Same to you, dream about me"-I said with a winking emoji

"You're too much"-She said with a peace sign emoji

I exited out of instagram after I saved her picture to my phone, she had me smiling like a kid at a candy store. I didn't think that I would ever talk to or see her again and I was looking forward to tomorrow, I hope she does show up so I can get closer to her.
