Chris
After I hung up with Olivia my heart felt full like she was the piece that I was missing to complete me, when I fell asleep after her I dreamed that we were together and had a family of our own. I didn't want to wake up from that dream until I felt her sweating in her sleep, I stroked her hair so that she could calm down and then she grabbed onto me tight. I started singing in her ear so that she could stop dreaming of whatever was making her restless. She loosened her grip on me a little and fell back into a peaceful sleep with soft snores in my ear. I wanted to be the one to take her fears away and keep her safe in my arms, be there for her no matter what but I couldn't push her too hard yet. When she got up and eased out of my arms I couldn't help but feel cold when she left me. I did want to ask her what she was dreaming about but I knew that she wouldn't tell me so I let it go. I didn't want to leave her this morning but I knew that I was moving too fast and didn't want to make things complicated.
"You in a daze aren't you? I asked you a question"-My momma said snapping her fingers in my face
"Sorry ma what you say?"-I said smirking
"Where have you been for two days? I couldn't reach you"-Momma
"Oh I been just---
"Falling in love with a new woman"-Symone said cutting me off
"You still can't mind your business I see"-Chris
"I mean you asked me to pick you up, while you were sucking faces on the phone"-Symone
"God you're annoying"-I said face palming myself
"I'm just stating facts bruh"-Symone said laughing
"A new woman huh? What's her name? You got a picture of her? How'd you meet?"-Momma
"Yeah we're just friends right now, her name is Olivia, I do actually have a picture of her."-I said pulling out my phone
"He met her because of me and Aubrey created a lunch date contest. She came into the contest last minute and he just can't admit that we made a great opportunity for him"-Symone said bragging
"She's beautiful"-Momma
"Isn't she?"-I said smiling hard
"You seem like you're falling for her hard"-Momma
"How can you tell?"-Chris
"It's the smile for me, the way you talk about her, and how you look like you have love in your eyes"-Momma said smiling
"I guess you can say that, she's different ma and it's something about her that's pulling me closer to her"-Chris
"At least you're happy but don't move too fast and get hurt"-Momma
"I know ma I promise I won't"-Chris
"Daddy!"-Ro screamed
"Ro baby girl I didn't know you were here princess"-I said picking her up and swinging her
"Daddy stop it and mommy just dropped me off"-Ro
"How was school?"-I said putting her down
"It was fine, I met a new friend"-Ro
"So did your daddy"-Symone said laughing
I looked at her like shut up and she started laughing even harder, I shook my head and checked my phone to see if Olivia sent me anything. There was nothing from her so I went on instagram and posted, "World Premier #summertoohot OUT NOW! LOVE YALL " #chrisbrownofficial I was about to exit out of the app when a message came through.
"Hey Chris you didn't DM me back like you said you would two days ago"-Monitimes2
I rolled my eyes so hard I thought about the way Olivia did the same to me and started laughing. I'm starting to pick up her actions and it's weird but I like it. I wonder how she is doing at work, I wanted to call her but I didn't want to bother her either. I wish I could wait until she comes home and help her to relax from a long day. Run her a hot bath and rub her aching feet, make her something to eat and hold her in my arms while she falls asleep. Wishful thinking huh?
