The Sub Villain Just Wants To Have Fun

remarkable visit (pt.2)

(Here's this chapter, don't ask why it took so long, I didn't think I'd get this far ngl)

Inyra woke up in his bed, he was having a really bad headache from over exertion.

He held his head as he tried to recall the  past events.

His memory and vision was blurry and he couldn't remember what happened

"Young master! Are you okay? How do you feel? Shall i call the physician again?"

A maid asked bombarding him with questions it was obvious that she was concerned.

"I'm fine, but can you give me like 5 minutes to regain my compusure"

The maid nods at his request before leaving the room.

He sat up and ran his hands through his hair, he put his head down and his hair made a curtain around his face.

He tried recalling the past events again and this time it works.

He remembered how he was able to manifest and harnest his elemental magic

And how he fell into Kailua's arms...

When he recalled that memory his face turned slightly red out of his embarrassment

He fell back on his bed and looked at the ceiling,

He was able to manifest his elemental magic and he of course an abnormal amount of it

He thinks about training but then he realizes he has to visit the Imperial palace later today.

He gets up from his bed and decides that he'd get ready now and get it over with so that when he gets home he can continue to practice his elemental magic.

After a while, the maid walked back into the room

"Young master, your bath is ready."

Inyra stands up and goes to the bathroom,

And after an 1 hour, Inyra finished getting ready and he was dressed.

(Time skip; After Inyra finished whatever else he had to do and arrived at the Imperial palace)

When Inyra got off the carriage he felt nauseous due to motion sickness.

He had distracted himself from it by staring at the flowers in the Imperial palace.

He admired how beautiful they were regardless of their fragile nature.

He walked into the Imperial palace which was highly decorated and very grand.

He was a bit surprised at how big it was  but he shrugged it off after a short period of time

A servant had led him to where Kailua

After he arrived at Kailua's location they  exchanged greetings and Inyra sat down.

"Forgive my informality, but why did you call me here?"  Inyra asks as  he sat down on a chair that sat across from Kailua

"I originally called you here to talk about Desiree and how you should stay away from her" Kailua said calmly as a servant near him poured him tea.

Inyra internally rolled his eyes and thought ; "I was already doing that! I don't even like Desiree! She about ugly asf ong fr fr"

"But after seeing the amount of elemental magic you hold, I feel that you'll be helpful by my side.

Let's make a deal, you stay away from Desiree and work with me and I'll help repair your reputation and give you my support on certain things"

Inyra pondered about this decision, and how useful having the crown prince at your side would be.

Plus, he doesn't even like Desiree!

So it's very much a win-win situation. But the crown prince from the novel is shown to be 2-faced

He's fake and manipulative to those he thinks could rival him in some way

So he isn't sure if he should accept it because the crown prince could betray him at any moment.

And he can't harm the crown prince cause then that'd be considered as treason and an immediate death sentence.

He is visibly overwhelmed and Kailua takes notice.

But instead of asking he instead misunderstands and thinks that he doesn't wanna do it because it involves staying away from Desiree.

"I'll give you some time to-"

"I accept."

Inyra replied accidentally interrupting the Kailua.

And of course Kailua and some other bystanders (Maids, Guards, Butlers and Johanese that's eavesdropping) were very VERY surprised by this decision.

A slight smile formed on Kailua's lips.

"That was easier than expecting" He said  in a very appeased tone as he didn't have to end up using other convincing methods if you know what I mean.

Inyra just ignore Kailua and brought the cup of tea to his lips.

"Is that it? If so, I shall take my leave"

"That's not it, I still want to talk certain requirements from you and then it can go in vice versa

Meaning I say what I want from you

You said what you want from me"

"I have the right to decline certain requirements right?"

"Yeah, same rules apply for me. I also have the right to say no certain requirements."

Inyra agreed and they talked over the requirements.

Kailua only had one requirement, he only required Inyra to stay at his side and never betray him.

Inyra just required him to provide him with the things he asks for.

They both came to an agreement.

While Kailua was distracted, Inyra smuggled some snacks from the table because he has a sweet tooth and the snacks are very VERY sweet.

"Anyways, That's all, is there anything you needed me to explain?" Kailua said with his attention going back on Inyra who was busy stuffing his mouth with macaroons.

"No" Inyra replied with his mouth full which inevitably made what he said sound muffled.

Kailua smiled a bit at this and as he was about to say something Johanese barged into the room

"Spar with me!"

Kailua and Inyra stared blankly at Johanese and their expression said 'boy what the fuck?'

"Your highness! You shouldn't do that! It's very informal!" A maid cried out loud.

"Yes brother it's very-"

"Yeah sure. But let's make a deal. This has to benefit me somehow."

Inyra replies interrupting Kailua yet again.

Kailua was already annoyed by his brothers ill-mannered behavior, he his brother were polar opposites.

"I forbid you to spar with him" Kailua says in annoyance.

"That's crazy tragic indeed I really don't care"

Inyra says impulsively

"I MEAN I MEAN, uhh I have to prove my worth somehow, I can't be seen as weak at his highnesses side"

Inyra then said quickly covering up his mistake, he didn't mean to say the first statement out loud.

Kailua was both dumbfounded and intrigued by this.

And how Johanese felt was all over the place!

He felt intrigued and bored cause he knew he was gonna win yet dumbfounded by his statement and some other random emotions.

(Yay im done with this chapter and it wasn't on time it was 2 days late

Uhh just pretend this was on time.)
