Y/N woke up to FRIDAY telling her to wake up. "I'm up FRI, you can stop yelling" she mumbled whilst getting out of bed.
A few minutes later she was in the kitchen eating some quick breakfast with the rest of the team, going over the plan one final time. Then they all finished eating and put their suits on. They were all sitting on one of their jets, nobody was talking, since they all, except for Steve, hated getting up that early in the morning, but it was their best option if they wanted to take this HYDRA base down.
As soon as they landed, they were greeted by gunfire. Everyone quickly jumped out of the way and started attacking the HYDRA agents, whilst Y/N, Nat and Wanda made their way into the building with Pietro, who had run ahead, warning them of dead ends.
"I GOT IT" Pietro suddenly shouted into the comms. "Where?" "What" "Really?" "On my way" came the answers from the rest of the team. Y/N and Wanda rushed ahead, where Pietro found the weapon. Nat was backing them up and beating all HYDRA agents up that came their way, if they were lucky enough to not meet Y/N's sword.

Y/N was currently pressing her hand against her stomach, where she had caught a bullet that would've hit and most likely killed a civilian and she knew the voices wouldn't leave her alone if she let that person die. "One day you are going to get yourself killed if you keep doing this Y/N" Nat said as they entered the jet again. "I'm looking forward to it" Y/N said and sat down on one of the seats. She didn't bother taking the first aid kit out, since they would be back at the tower before she could do anything anyways.
After a very short time the Avengers landed back at the tower and exited the jet. Inside they saw Techno sitting on a couch. "What happened?" he asked, seeing that Y/N was paler and that her suit was soaked in blood. "I have survived worse. Now if there isn't anything else I will be in med" Y/N answered and walked towards the elevator.
Techno looked after her, wondering if he should go after her, but decided against it when Nat said "The usual, she took a bullet that would've hit a civilian" Techno stood there in shock. "She WHAT?" he asked in disbelief. "She is a Phoenix, that bullet wound will be fully healed in two, maybe three days" Nat answered.
Techno was shocked. "Did I hear that right? Y/N just got shot and you say she will be fine in a few days?" "Yep" "I can vouch for that" FRIDAY said, which helped Techno believe she would be fine but it still seemed impossible.
In the meanwhile some others also made their way to med, since they had some minor injuries that required patching up. "But you got lucky, the building where you live wasn't damaged" FRIDAY added, which made Techno sigh in relief.
Not long after Y/N came back with a bandage wrapped around her stomach, but it was hidden by the oversized shirt she was wearing. Techno hurried over to her and asked if she really was okay.
"Don't worry, it's not the first time and it also won't be the last time. It's not that bad if it only hits the side and the bullet doesn't hit any vital organs. It will be pretty much fully healed in a few days" Y/N answered. "That...doesn't seem very realistic" "For a mortal human nom but for a Phoenix yes" Y/N walked back to the couch and sat down.
"You can go back home today. I'll log on the SMP in the afternoon" Y/N said. "Yeah" Techno smiled, even though he wasn't that happy about going back home. He wasn't going to reveal that to the Avengers though.
Y/N dropped Techno off at his house not long after and promised to visit him again soon, but had to hurry back to the tower, when she remembered that Minecraft Championship would start in an hour and she had promised her team to join 30 minutes early for some last-minute practice.
So she bid Techno goodbye and left for the Avenger tower.

Sorry for the very late update, but I had absolutely no idea what to write here. This chapter sucks and the ending is very abrupt, I know, but I just don't know what to pu here, so I will end this story here. I might come back to it in the future, but it's highly unlikely.
