We all sat down at the dinner table

Evan next to me and Amanda next to Toby

I looked up at Toby and he was already looking at me
I got up and look at Evan "I'm doing to the toilet I'll be back" I said
I looked at Toby and moved my head to the toilet sign on the door showing that i wanted him to follow me
He nod
I start walking to the toilet and open the door
No one was inside I check if there was any feet under any door but no one
Soon Toby joined me "Wanna go study somewhere else? All their flirting make it hard to concentrate" I said trying not to sound annoyed "Y-eah of course b-but where?"
He asked
"We could go to the park" you proposed
He nod and you both walked to Evan and Amanda telling them you're done sutdying and left to go to the park
"Do you enjoy it here so far?" You asked him as you both walk in the direction of the park
"Yes,I do" he said not ticking this time
"You don't tic in every sentence you say?" You asked him
He shook his head "I-it depends"
"Ooh alright,I'm just starting to learn" you said with a small smile
"E-Evan said you f-found me cute" he said making your eyes widen for a lil second before returning to normal
"Hum- yeah? Sorry if it made you uncomfortable I just usually say it when I think someone is pretty,even if I'm not attracted to them romanticly or sexually you know?" You answered a bit awkwardly
"Y-you didn't say it to m-me,Evan did"
"Right" you both arrived at the park and sat down on a bench taking out from your backpacks notebooks
"Toby" you said looking at him
"Yeah?" You stare at him for a few second "You're cute"
Right after you said that you looked down at your notebook a bit embarassed but try to still act cool
He didn't answered right away making it a bit weird but you just ignore it and started studying
After 5 minutes you heard him say something but didn't listen so you looked up at him "Sorry I wasn't listening what did you say?" You asked him
"You're cute too"
"Oh. Thanks Toby" you smiled at him and look back down at your notes learning them
Toby did the same but he spent most of the time looking at you instade of studying and learning
After two hours you said your goodbye to him and went home
You took a shower and then walked into your room in only a boxer not really caring that there was no curtains
The view from the window was a forest
Most people don't go near the area of your house in the forest so you never cared
Toby was glad you didn't care for that because right now he had a great view of you and your body walking to your closet to get clothes
You grab a pair of short and a oversized tshirt putting them on as a pyjs
Then you went to your bed sitting down
In your hand was your phone
You were talking with someon
Toby is sure you're typing
But who?
It made Tobias a bit frustrated not knowing who you were talking to but he ignore the feeling
He noticed a few paper on your wall
They were drawings
Probably yours he thought
There was also posters and others decorations
He have to admit
Toby liked the style of your room and how you agenced it
He also noticed all the plushies that was on your bed and the floor near your bed
He did a few mental note about what you seem to like
Then you put your phone down getting up leaving your room
You went to the kitchen and start cooking food
'He even know how to cook' Toby though to himself feeling himself get hungry
Toby POV

He left his phone
I smirk as I went back to the window that belond to his bedroom
I silently open it
It wasn't even locked
Have you never watched any horror movie y/n?
After I made my way inside I took his phone
I'm lucky I looked at his code while we were at the park
He wasn't even trying to hide it from me anyway
He didn't seem to care
I unlocked it and connect his phone to mine in a way I could see all his texts
Where he is
His camera and microphone
I have to keep an eye on him if I want to keep him for me right?
I'll try not too look much tho
I still have to respect his privacy
Or I will look depends on my mood
I made sure he can't see on his phone I installed this and put his phone back to where it was leaving his room
I closed back the window and decide it was time to leave
I have a small appartement not far
It doesn't cost much
I got it with a fake name,it's just to stay when I need I'm not in here much
