The next day after school you needed to do grocery for your parents
They were going to be home late like always, they work at the hospital so they do a lot of hours they're tired but love their jobs
Not like you cared they said you could take whatever you wanted since you're the one that cook for them
You didn't feel like going alone tho and since Evan is busy with his parents and Amanda doing shoppings with some of her friends you decided to call Toby
Plus you felt like seeing him
Spending time with your new friend to get to know him more is nice
"Yes?" He answered
It sound like he's outside
"I have to go to the grocery store,wanna come to tag along? I'll buy you something"
You tried to convince him even if he didn't even answered yet
"Sure,w-where do we meet?" He asked
"My house? I'm sending you the adress" you said "bye Toby see you" then you hang up quickly sending him your adress
-Toby : I'll be there in 10-15min
Of course it was a lie he could be here in less than a minute since he was watching you while you were making yourself a list of what you needed
He was surprised when you called but acted cool after you hanged up he felt happy you chose to call him
Quickly you were both at the grocerie store

"So Toby~ would you like something?" He shrugg making you frown "Come on it could be your favorite snack or drink even a book if you want I think there's some not far from here"
"Chose f-for me" he told you "but what if you don't like it?"
You said with a pout
"I-I will d-don't worry,just pick s-something you like,I-I'm sure I'll like it too"
You hum with a frown thinking for a bit "I don't know Toby come on just pick something" you said
"Y-You're the in-indecisive type hmm?"
You nod "Yes I am,so help me chose now" you said crossing your arms
He nod and start moving the cart and stop it after a few second
He grab a box of waffle and place it in your hands
"Here you go" he said
You noticed he was smiling under his mask making you smile back
"You like waffles?" You asked
He nod "I like waffle too,but I prefer them homemade,I can make you some one day if you want?"
"I'd l-like that th-thanks"
With a nod you got out of the cart "Let's go pay okay?" He agreed
After paying he walked home with you helping you carry the bags
You let him in your house and once you put everything away you both sat on the couch
"Wanna watch something?" You asked him hoping he would say yes
You both watched a movie enjoying each others presence "C-Can I go to t-the bathroom?" Toby asked you through the movie
"Of course its the door on the right to my bedroom,you'll recognise it" he nod and got up
He saw your name on a door and look at the door next to it opening it and closing it
He then discretly opened your bedroom door walking in
He tried to prevent himself from making any noises
He noticed a shirt on your bed and grabbed it smelling it
'Smell just like him..' he thought to himself taking it and hiding it in his pocket
He had baggy pants and already had stuff in his pocket so it wasn't really suspicious
He walked out of your room and closed the door and went into the bathroom without a noise
He flushed the toilet washed his hands then walk back in the living room sitting back next to you
You haven't noticed anything
Good
"Would you like something to drink?" You asked checking your phone "Fuck it's late,sorry I have to go cook for when my parents get home,do you want to eat here? You can pick anything you want in the fridge to drink if you want too" you said getting up quickly "hum..n-no I'll eat a-at my place but t-thanks" he answered getting up with you
"I-I can cook with y-you if you want" he proposed "Do you want to?" You asked taking what you need from the fridge
"Y-Yes I'm the one who pr-proposed you this" he answered
You nod "Okay then take thoses mushroom and cut them in smaller pieces,I'm doing something quick tonight since it's a bit latter than when I usually start so it'll be an omelett with a salad even if it's simple they like it"
He nod and start doing as you said by cutting the mushrooms while you cut some carrots
Toby kept moving his eyes to you and ended up cutting himself
"Fuck" he whispered moving his hand away so he don't bleed on the food
You heard and looked at him noticing his finger was bleeding "Are you okay?!" You asked rushing to him taking his hand in yours
"Wait put your finger under the water,I'll grav a band-aid" he nod and put his finger under the water
When you came you look at his finger and notice it was a bit deep
"Fuck,doesn't it hurt?" You asked worried
You turn off the water and wipe his finger gently with a coton
"Okay its deep but it doesn't need hospital I'll put the band-aid and you'll have to keep the cut clean so it doesn't get infected alright?" You said wrapping the band-aid around his finger
"You good?" You asked noticing he was silent
When you looked up at his eyes you notice he was already looking at your eyes
"Yes,I'm go-good Y/n." He answered
His eyes hold such intensity
Without even noticing you felt a small heat on your cheeks
"Hum..I'm going to get back to cooking if you need me tell me alright? I'll take care of everything I don't want you to get hurt"
"Are you sure?" He asked a bit disappointed you didn't want his help anymore
"Don't worry Toby"
Your answered wasn't what he excpected or wanted to hear but he just sat down and watched you cook the whole time
By the time you were done your parents walked in
You put their plate on the table along with forks and knifes
"Who is this Y/n?" Your mother asked waving at Toby with a smile "It's my friend Toby! He's new in town" you presented him
"Is he eating with us?" Your father asked
You shook your head "Nop,he said he's eating at his house"
They nod and start eating
"I-I should leave n-now" Toby tells you
"Okay,it was really nice thanks Toby,we should see each others more" you said with a smile
"Y-Yes thanks to y-you too Y/n!"
He said goodbye and left
When he was at his place he put the shirt he stole you in a box that already had a few picture of you in it he took discretly
