*Lauren's POV*

I walked to my next class and groaned taking my seat next to Ethan.

"You're in my seat." Missy's voice came from above me.

"Oh, whatever I'll move." I gathered my stuff and took Missy's spot across the room. Our history teacher, Mrs. Newbern started a movie and told us it was a fun day. I pulled my hood over my head and decided I would rest my eyes. The resting my eyes turned into an actual sleep. The bell sounded and I woke up with a start. I grabbed my stuff and took off to my next class, Math. I grinned seeing the TV pulled to the front of the room.

"We're going to watch a fun movie today." Mr. Harris grinned holding up the Tim Burton version, Alice in Wonderland.

My favorite Disney movie. I settled into my seat and managed to sat awake. Before I knew it I was headed to Mr. Downey's class for my Creative Writing class. The last class of the day.

"Hey Lauren, is that a smile I see?" Mr. Downey grinned at me. I threw my hands wide open grinning.

"I''ll tell you a secret. All the best people are entirely bonkers."

Mr. Downey laughed and bowed. "Yes yes I am totally bonkers. Thank you for noticing. Watching Alice in Wonderland?"

I giggled and took my seat. "Yup, it's my favorite Disney movie. I would love to have a Mad Hatter figure for my room but, I can't find any." I sighed wistfully and pulled out my notebook.

The rest of the class filled in and Mr. Downey stood leaning against his desk. He clapped his hands together. "Alright class, I'm going to do something new today. We are going to watch a movie and you guys get to pick. However, it has to be Disney!"

Oh yea! Today was turning out awesome. I watched Mr. Downey dig out six dvds. He laid them out on the table, he had Lion King, Toy Story, Mulan, Hercules, Aladdin, and Beauty and the Beast. The class picked Mulan, when the songs came on the whole class broke into song, Mr. Downey included and man did he look adorable doing it! The final bell rang and the classroom emptied. I waited until it was just Robert and I left.

"Did you change your lesson plan just to cheer me up?" I asked glancing behind Robert where he had written; Character Building workshop. I started to pack my things away.

"What? No, why would I do that?" Robert pushed a hand through his hair a blush playing at his face.

I smiled to myself, he totally did. I threw my backpack over my shoulders and walked over to him. I wrapped my arms around his waist and gave him a quick hug.

"Thank you." I whispered before turning and running to my locker. I shoved all my stuff into my bag and left the school. I was halfway across the teachers parking lot when the skies opened up and it started pouring.

"Shit!" I yelled pulling my hood over my head. Of course it would pour, the day I was walking home. At the rate it was coming down I was going to be soaked to the bone when I reached base.
