A/N: This chapter was an absolute beast to write. Sorry I haven't been posting, moving forward I'm going to be posting when I can. It probably won't be on my schedule but I'll be posting. Enjoy<3

Lunch arrived quickly and once again I followed Damien to the tables. All of our lunches were labeled and set out on a long table off to the side for us to grab. After we had grabbed our food we chatted on our way to find a place to sit.

"You're shooting Reddit stories today right?" Damien asked.

"Yeah, I think it's Chanse and I? I can't remember."

"That sounds right," he chuckled, "perfect for this week's theme."

"Oh, you know what it is? I can't remember." I laughed awkwardly.

"Wait… they veted it with you didn't they? To make sure you were comfortable with the subject." Damien replied in a worried tone.

We soon arrived at a table and sat with Shayne and Chanse, continuing on with our previous conversation.

"Hey Chanse, what's the theme for Reddit stories again? I forgot." I asked casually as I sat down.

"It got cleared with you right?" Chanse sounded worried too.

Now I'm worried. I remember having a conversation about the theme over slack but I just can't remember the exact theme at the moment, it's not that big of a deal. Why is everyone so concerned?

"Could someone please just remind me. Yes, I had a conversation about it. Yes, I was good with it. I just can't remember the specifics right now, so could one of you please just remind me?" I spoke calmly as I rubbed my forehead to soothe my ever growing headache. The three of them shared glances between each other before Chanse spoke up, rolling his eyes at the other two as he did so.

"It's 'Drama-gay Drama' so gay theater kid shit."

"That's right! It's gonna be a damn good episode!" I laughed. The other's joined me in that.

After a bit of eating in mostly silence Chanse spoke up. "Oh! Y/N, Damien!"

"Yeah what's up?" I responded, only half paying attention as I continued to eat.

"I've been meaning to tell you that the girls can't make it to wine on Friday but Tommy's gonna be there. You still down?"

"Yeah for sure!" I smiled at Chanse.

"Sweet! It'll be like a fun little gays night!" I contorted my face in confusion. Sure he, Tommy, and I are gay but Damien's going to be there too and he's not… right?

"Yeah, and Damien." I chuckled joining Chanse's excitement after I'd shaken off my moment of confusion.

"Gay's night." Damien repeated with a smile. I assume out of amusement but no one can know for sure.

After we finished lunch Chanse, Shayne, and I headed to set for the shoot. The three of us got settled into our seats and Shayne began his intro.

"Welcome back to Reddit stories, joining me on the couch today we have Chanse and Y/N. Now, Y/N, you haven't been here before. This is your first one of these."

"Yeah, I'm really excited. I've watched a few of the others and I'm ready to give my two cents on these stories."

"Alright well, let's hop into it. Today's theme is 'Drama-gay Drama.' So, uh, we're going to be getting some, uh, gay theater kid drama." Shayne spoke slightly awkwardly.

"Let's get into it!" Chanse excitedly broke the tension.

"Enemies to lovers in real life," Shayne started the first story. "My friend recently told me about how he met his boyfriend and I don't know what to do with this information. My friend, 'Mark' male 16, and 'Jake', a classmate of his male 17, were pitted against each other. They both wanted the lead in the musical and this caused a rivalry. 'Jake' ended up being cast. However, the director pulled 'Mark' aside and said she would've cast him as the role but the rest of the team thought  'Jake' 'looked the part' more than him. This caused the rivalry to continue. 'Mark' accidentally cornered 'Jake' in the bathroom. He made a comment about the casting situation, which led to a fight, which led to them KISSING! They started dating and did something that caused them to get a two week suspension, I'm glad I don't know the specifics." Shayne lowered the tablet. "Wow, uh…"

"I mean I've done some really gay shit but this is a book. These things do not happen in real life." Chanse said.

"I think that's exactly what the OP is saying. Cause, if I heard right, OP is a third party in this situation right?"

"Uh, yeah." Shayne replied to me after glancing back to the tablet.

"Yeah! So I totally see why he posted this, he can't believe it either and he's doing what theater kids do. He's gossiping."

"Uh, OP replied to a few comments here I want to read." He scrolled for a moment. "Wow, just wow. I mean I'm a theater gay, but not THAT theater gay." He looked back up to us, "Then the OP replied" Shayne returned his gaze to the tablet. "I know right? Sure, I've done some theater gay things I'm not so proud of in the past but this feels unreal. I'm not shocked at the actions but literally, how did they become a Netflix show?!"

"Yeah, I hope they asked their friend if they could post this, but I completely see why they did because I also don't believe this is real." I replied. Chanse nodded with me.

"Yes bitch." He punctuated my statement for me.

"Alright, moving on." Shayne laughed slightly as he got the next story. "Help, I've fallen for a techie"

"Uh oh! Here we go!" I adjusted how I was sitting and leaned toward Shayne a bit. Chanse did the same with a, 'mhm'. Shayne continued.

"In the musical I'm currently in (I don't want to give specifics for the sake of privacy) I have a decently large role. Because of this I don't have much time to go to the dressing room between scenes. I also have a quick change. We're on our second week of tech rehearsal and there's one crew member in particular that I've ended up spending a lot of time with. He's assigned to the wing I'm in for the majority of the show, he helps me set my props, and he was assigned to assist my quick change. I've been spending so much time with him that I think I've caught feelings for him. I mean, he's really sweet and charismatic and, I'm not gonna lie, he's really attractive. I'm scared though because I don't know if he's gay or not. It's normally easy in the theater because well, it's theater. But with the tech kids there's no telling."

"Awww, can I just say something?" We all looked at Chanse. "This is precious. He's probably a teenager and he's gonna regret it if he doesn't say something. Every play has a closing night and, sure, it might be awkward if he doesn't feel the same but if you don't say anything you're hardly gonna see him after. OP just needs to go for it."

"Yeah, make that show-mance a real romance!" I added

"So there's an update!" Shayne started. "Thank you all so much for your advice in the comments. I decided to take it. After opening night all of us were going to a cast party. We like to have one for opening and closing. I didn't have a ride yet and was a bit stressed(while I can drive my car was in the shop). After the show we were getting out of costume and resetting sets and props for the next show before leaving. I went to present my quick change costume and a certain techie was there to help me. He asked me if I was going to the party. I said yes but told him about how I didn't have a ride yet and he offered to drive me! I got all flustered and was telling him how he didn't have to and I could take care of it and all that shit. He insisted it wasn't a big deal then said 'it'd be nice to have some one on one time where we can talk at a normal volume' THE SMILE ON HIS FACE AND THE SLIGHT GIGGLE THAT CAME ALONG WITH THAT. The gay panic was too real. Anyway, long story short! He asked me out on the way there! We're going out for coffee before the matinee and I'm so excited!"

"Sometimes being gay pays off, am I right?" I said in a calm tone as I turned to Chanse who immediately started laughing.

After a short breather for us to stop laughing Shayne did the outro.

"Thank you all so much for joining us once again. We'll see you next week for some more just absolutely wild stories."

"Say the thing!" Chanse whisper-yelled at him.

"Work."
