CHAPTER 6

Alpha Remi became alarmed

"Wow, such good news" Shallom said frostily . "Anymore we should know?". I nearly let myself go . Anyways I've regained my composure . She thought.
Artemis, she's back to her old self. Ethan thought sadly. But, I'm feeling worry from her. What could that mean?. Could she really be worried about me . He asked himself getting elated.
"She's just worried about the prophecy, stupid " A cold voice whispered in him and his bubble of joy deflated instantly. She really doesn't care  after all.
He didn't know how wrong he was .
"We are waiting" she said again . Smirking frostily at him . 
She really is beautiful . Ethan thought again . "The rest is that I gathered information from my scouts that the Dark Queen has been in labour since yesterday and I'm really sure that the day she gives birth is also the day our Luna will give birth "
"Whoa " Alpha Remi exclaimed ." What's there to do about this now?".
"Well ,Alpha" his Beta , Ethan replied ." I doubt there is nothing much we can do now except to support our Luna with everything we can ".
" And we'll also need to strengthen our defenses , because I'm sure those Dark idiots have it in mind to hunt down and kill the other baies of the prophecy " He said grimly.
" Speaking of babies ,we also have to start looking for the colony of snakes she's to be born in ". He turned to the Alpha. " Especially to make treaty with them, because I'm very sure we'll be needing their help sooner or later and to smooth things over in preparation for when the snake heiress and our prince , you- know " he gestured in a you-get-what-i'm-saying?  way.
Alpha Remi let out along sigh ."And just how are we going to do that huh? . When we don't even know her Colony ".
"If you ask me ,Alpha" Morgan said ." I'm pretty sure it's the Cephas Colony".
"Why?" Shalom and her sisters asked at once .
He smiled smugly at them ."As the extremely smart wolf I am , I'll tell you." He bragged." It's because only water colonies that have Draco males and Vipera females-----".
"And ?".
"Take a chill pill now, will you all? The wise one is still speaking".
"Wise one , my left foot". Ethan muttered under his breath .
"What did you just say?". Morgan narrowed his eyes in mock anger at the Beta .
"Nothing,sir" . Ethan said , voice dripping in sarcasm.
"Better be nothing , boy" Morgan said mock authoritatively, wagging a finger in Ethan's direction." Aaaaaannnd, as I was saying before ". He smirked smugly again ." What makes it interesting is that all the other water colonies have Draco Kings and Serpens Queens . Buuuuuuuuuuut". He said  dramatically.
"Just say it already, will you ?". The Alpha gritted out.
"Ouch.Alpha, you're hurting me " he said, widening his eyes in mock hurt.
"I"
"Mean"
"It"
The Alpha said .
Sighing."But only the Cephas Colony has a Draco king and a very pregnant Vipera Queen". He finished .
" Okay , then" Alpha Remi said ." We'll send them a peace and alliance treaty. Morgan you're in charge of that " The Alpha ordered.
"Yessir!" Morgan mock saluted his Alpha .
" My , he's sooooo smart " Shalom said , blowing Morgan a kiss just to test Ethan's reaction and to poke fun at him. She wasn't disappointed when she saw his fists clench like it was ready to punch someone. That someone preferably Morgan. My ,my , someone's angry. She laughed within herself.
