Pushing open the Emerald double doors to their parents room , Jason, Ivan and Nathan all filed in with the intent of explaining everything about the prophecy to her . They all paused at the doorway and what they saw all confirmed what they had been trying to disbelieve since they had eavesdropped on the conversation the Elders had with their Father . They all let out a heavy collective sigh and Queen Aliyra looked towards the direction of the sound , exhaustion etched in her every features . She was in a pool of blue blood, holding a peaceful looking sleeping baby and sporting human legs from the waist down instead of her royal blue and silver tail. The three Princes swam towards their mother hurriedly . Jason collected the baby whose eyes shot open the moment she left and nailed her brother with beautiful emerald green eyes similar to those of her brothers and father. While Ivan and Nathan carried their mother off the floor , cleaned up and put her on the bed . "Are you feeling stronger now mum ?". Ivan asked worriedly . "Or should we get Amona" he asked referring to the Oracle of their Colony as all Krie Kingdoms and Colonies have Oracles. "Thanks Ives but no . Just get your Father for me, I'll be fine". The Queen replied trying to allay her son's worries . "Okay, mama. Right away". And he left "Mama, do you feel up to shifting your legs back to your tail since you've already given birth " Nathan asked . "Hmmm, I could try , but I'm really exhausted right now sweetie but I'll be okay in a few hours if I rest and let my body take over healing itself ". Queen Aliyra said . Barely a minute later, their Father came into room, eyes alright with worry and already searching for Aliyra with Ivan in tow . "Are you okay, Ali?". He asked worriedly swiftly moving to her Sid of the bed ". "Uhhhh, for the umpteenth, Vee. I AM FINE !" . She said smiling to ease his worries. " Aren't you going to look at your child. Everything was just like his. "She's so cute". He commented as she flashed him a very adorable baby grin showing off her on pink gums and white teeth as if she sensed her father's compliment. King Evan's heary squeezed with ache as he thought about the pain and war his daughter will face in the future years to come . This innocent child . Smiling like she has no care in the world. He sighed heavily and Jason took that as his cue to break their discovery of The Prophesy to their mother . "Mother". He started " We have to tell you something and it's about The Prophesy " he said seriously. "I know ". She said too. " Or have you forgotten who you inherited your hearing ability from, Jase". She questioned Jason smugly , trying to lighten the mood . Everyone chuckled at that.
