Chapter Five

Lyric Williams

Lyric quickly threw an outfit together before quickly doing her make up, she took her time with it because she wanted it to be perfect. Once she was done she styled her hair before getting dressed, she heard a knock on her door and checked the time. She sprayed some perfume on herself before answering the door, she smiled as she looked him up and down.

"Hey." She smiled.

"Hey you look great, are you ready?" He asked.

"Thank you, you do too." She smiled.

He chuckled before he looked her up and down, he locked eyes with her as he licked his lips.

"Ready?" He asked.

"Yes, just let me grab my purse." She said.

He nodded as she quickly grabbed her purse off of the counter, she turned on her heels before following him out the door. She locked the house up before going to his car, he opened the door for her causing her to smile as she got inside. She watched as he got into the drivers side before she buckled her seat belt.

"Hungry?" He asked as he pulled off.

"A little." She nodded.

He nodded.

"So are you from California?" He asked.

"Mhm born and raised, and you?" She asked.

"Same." He said.

"So where are we going?" She asked.

"Well for starters we're going to get some food, and then take a little stroll or something." He chuckled.

"That's fine with me." She giggled.

He glanced at her and smiled as he continued driving, they enjoyed the rest of the drive in comfortable silence before reaching a restaurant. He got out before opening her door, Lyric smiled as she took his hand, she watched as he passed is keys to the valet before glancing at there hands.

"Let's go." He smiled.

Lyric smiled as followed behind him, she could tell this restaurant was expensive just by the decor but she wasn't complaining.

"Hello Mr.Lee, I didn't see that you had a reservation."

"Right will that be a problem?" He asked.

"No sir, today is a slow day follow me."

Ho-Seok glanced at their hands before locking eyes with her.

"I'm sorry." He chuckled as he let her hand go.

Lyric blushed and shook her head as she followed behind him, they got seated and she looked over the menu until she felt eyes on her. She looked up immediately locking eyes with him, there was that stare again.

"What?" She asked.

"Huh? Oh the sushi it's really good." He said.
